Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Alberta

Won't be going back to them. They consistently get my order wrong and today was the last straw when I tried to clarify and the girl got snippy with me. I asked if they sold egg salad here and instead of a simple "no we do not," which would have sufficed, the employee stated with a tone, "this is a Tim Hortans. We do not do that here." Then when I changed my order to a roasted beef sandwich, they made me clarify twice, which was fine and I ordered a crescent roll on the side and she stated "beef sandwich made on crescent" and when I corrected her, which I expected because again the last time I went there I ordered three items off of their menu and they gave me three completely different items, she again had a tone with me and I had to correct her THREE more times until she put the order in correctly. Not sure why it was so hard to order a roasted beef sandwich AND and crescent on the side instead of a roasted beef sandwich with a crescent as the bread.They're so rude. Get off your high horse. Every Tim Hortons is the same. If you like it, then you will find this store identical to the rest. I dislike their breakfast sandwiches, but don't mind their breakfast bagels. Sandwiches are generally decent, but nothing special. Coffee is mediocre, but people seem to like it somehow.

Drive through service is very fast, but the lineup is almost always long. The dining room has slow counter service, they put a lot of emphasis on serving the drive through first. The parking lot is fairly large, but with the drive through lineup running through the middle, it's often awkward to navigate. Sometimes it can be difficult to turn east onto the highway when leaving, there's no traffic light or intersection here. Often the customers will queue on the highway to get into this business, which is not only illegal, but quite inconsiderate.

Basically, like all Tim Hortons, this is the lowest common denominator of fast food / doughnut shops. It doesn't pretend to be much more, and is insanely busy at peak hours.

Placed a mobile order about an hour ahead of time and tried calling the store multiple to confirm but didn't get any answer. Tried to call the store on the way over and still no answer. When I arrived at the store I went to the counter for my pickup and they hadn't even started my order. I was getting 5 take 12 coffees for break at work. they then told me that they could start making the order but I explained that I didn't have time to wait.then they said I could not get a refund until the manager from the other store came over or they could get a hold of them. I left the store and was able to call the manager at the other store. I'm waiting to hear back about the refund, but I wasted my entire break on this and the staff didn't even seem to worried about the fact that someone who made a $100 order for horrible service.
