The staff were friendly, efficient and service was very fast.

The food was disappointing. My son's chow mein bowl tasted like burnt cabbage, he wouldn't eat it and neither could I. I ordered the jungle curry bowl, medium/mild and it was so spicy I was in pain trying to eat it. You could taste no flavour but extreme burning spice. Sorry, that's not right, it was full of cabbage. So you could taste burning spice and cabbage.

My husbands peanut bowl was basically noodles and veg drowning in 3 cups of peanut butter.

The spring rolls and chicken bites were okay.

NONE of this is a reflection of the staff. I think whoever came up with the menu for noodlebox was drunk and just threw darts at a wall of ingredients to figure out the recipes.

Ordered via doordash, so this review is about the food only. I give props on the large portion. However, $3 for a single spring roll is definitely not worth it. I ordered the Pad Thai with the recommended rice noodles and chicken (or what was supposed to be chicken). It tasted a lot like the soggy noodles were doused in sugar water and then thrown into a bowl with a light sprinkle of bean sprouts on top and a fried egg with a sketchy black residue on the underside. (I didn't eat the egg because of this residue). And while the portion was large, it was about 90% sugar coated, soggy noodles, 10% veg, 5% egg, and the last 5% goes to the unknown meat in my bowl. We have ordered from here numerous times since opening. We typically love Noodlebox and have only ever had great things to say about them. This location is new and most likely working out kinks. But every time we order there is very little protein. Just order a bowl with chicken and only noticed 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken. We have had bowls come with no sauce. The location was closing early one night and very upset we showed up 30 mins before closing. Had to wait for our order while the constantly ask us to move around so they could mop with smelled like pure bleach. Which wasn’t very pleasant in a restaurant.
