Starbucks — Restaurant in Alberta

Me and my daughter went through this Starbucks twice in one day and we were pleased with the service both times, drink quality, and the overall ambience. In the morning we went inside the store to purchase drinks and some breakfast sandwiches, Chloe who helped us was friendly and kind she told us which sandwich was her favourite which helped us choose from the amazing selection offered. Our barista whose name started with a T (can’t quite remember… tracey, tiffany? sorry!) was very good and even made a nice conversation with us. this experience was very good and the food was hot and the drinks were well made! after my daughters hockey practice we went again this time through the drive through because my daughter was much to tired to walk, LOL! 😂 We were greeted by a friendly teenage boy who was very efficient and even made me laugh. drive through was even very quick and the drinks again were great, and as always the cake pops did not disappoint. d’arcy crossing is a great starbucks considering we live in calgary and i enjoyed my experience here very much, service was great, beautiful store, and considering they just opened months ago they are...

Starbucks usually has the friendliest employees, but this location I visited for the first time was exceptionally ghost-like. No one greeted me when I entered (never happened before at other locations), there were like 4-5 employees, none even raised their head. I had a mobile order, and one drink was prepared fairly quickly, then I saw my other drink just being passed around from one worker to the other eventually given to me. I always buy at the drive through and all the time my experience is good except for one incident which I didn’t understand. My order was approximately $12 when I ordered but I was surprised when I arrived at the window, the total was $17, I didn’t say anything I just thought maybe that was the price.There was no option to tip and I just paid and I asked for my receipt.
