Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Alberta

I called regarding a bug on the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza that I ordered last Fri. We were grossed out and couldn’t eat the rest. I called around 4PM, the lady said to call back at 8PM because that’s when the manager comes. I called, nobody answered. I called again the next morning. It seems they can’t fix complaints in a timely manner. They promised me a refund and a pizza to make up for it anytime. I called to order the pizza for a dinner to which the lady I spoke with denied that I have a refund and pizza on them. She asked me to come at 7:20-08:00PM to talk to the manager. Usually enjoy papa johns. But today, all 3 pizzas has almost no sauce like beyond light sauce ( we ordered normal but could barely see sauce at all), Philly cheese steak pizza had almost no meat on it at all either. The blue cheese dip was separated and oily even after stirring which I've never seen before so we didn't eat it. Looking for late night eats, look elsewhere. If you have no intention of fulfilling your orders an hour before you close perhaps you should close an hour earlier. This is the third time you did this and I didn't even get a call saying it was canceled. The app kept telling me it was on the way and of course it never came. This is unacceptable customer service. I spend not hundreds, I spend thousands of dollars on pizza at your restaurant you can check under my name. Do your business a favor alter the web site so it says delivery till 12am not 1am because that is a bold face lie that has burned me...
