would rate it 2.5 if i could. we were the only ones in the restaurant when we came in and got food. we ordered one order of traditional style A1, two orders of V2 with no bean sprouts and no onions. when the first spring rolls came out, they were burnt but we were still able to eat them, though dissatisfied. when the meal came out, one clearly had onions, so we sent it back but when it came back it stil had onions, but under the meat. upon eating, we discovered bean sprouts in both meals. the spring rolls in the meal were burnt to the point of being completely inedible. never had spring rolls that bad. when we were able to wave down the waiter, he quickly replaced them after us telling him that they were burnt. he even gave us extra. we weren’t checked on once. had to wave down the waiter any time we needed something since we weren’t checked on at all. had to wait at least 10 minutes before we could even wave him down to ask for the bill. overall the main dish was very good with the exception of the spring rolls and finding ingredients we asked to be not added. the overall experience left a good amount to be desired. we...

Food and atmosphere was good. Service was terrible.

My wife and I ordered Pho. The food came out with very little basil for 2 people, and my wife is allergic to all onions, so when her food came out of course it had no onions, but also didn't come out with any Cilantro too.

So I asked the server for more basil. When the server came back with additional basil is when I realized my wife didn't have Cilantro. So I ask the server if we can get additional Cilantro. The male server scoffs and says "you ask for everything one at a time?" while walking away and shaking his head...

Unbelievable... Yes I understand It may have been an inconvenience, but the restaurant was not busy with only one other table. If you don't like running back and forth, your in the wrong line of business!

The food is delicious and I just discovered they have gluten free options! Gluten free spring rolls are pretty good. Not sure how safe it is for celiacs but if you don't eat gluten it's nice to have that option. Too bad the satay pho is not gluten free. Perhaps one day. The restaurant was nice too. The location on Google from Dec 28, 2023 is wrong, it's actually beside the car wash...
