Rude employees that are aggressive when serving, confrontational when answering concerns or questions, the drive thru window employees managing are always yelling when they don’t have to. This Tim Horton’s frequently get my simply sausage order wrong by putting an egg or using an English muffin instead of a biscuit. There was an incident in the drive thru where the manager okayed the employee yelling at me when letting them know there was an error on my last order. I went to show them the “proof” and the employee told me to leave the drive thru and call the manager because there was a timer? Currently there are no XL cup sizes and people are missing out on the roll up the rim. Before the owner would be on-site and I haven’t seen them in quite sometime to address my concerns. Also, the staff are rude when telling them to use my status card to be tax exempt as it’s on First Nation lands and are not kind about honouring this Treaty Right. Lastly, doughnuts are usually sold out and when asking what kind of doughnuts remain the employees become irritated. I have better service going into Calgary. This is too bad as it’s a Tim Horton’s that I was hopeful to enjoy in my own community. Now it feels like a base army camp full of hostility and mindless service. When at the drive thru, the employees conjugate and stare and this can be seen as a form of intimidation to customers. Or, just another form of senseless inappropriate behaviour by the Tim Horton’s staff to be nosey. The male manager always has an excuse for his employees behaviour(s). I’m also not sure that it takes three people to serve one coffee. Food handling should be done more cleanly as well. I have also seen them be irritable to First Nation elders over asking question and even flat out pretend not to hear them. As a final note, this Tim Horton’s should have it in their mind that they are visitors to First Nation lands and are not entitled to be a part of the land. We lease our land and are still the stakeholders as Citizens of Tsuut’ina. This goes for all Taza occupants. Please be kind and culturally aware of the people of Tsuut’ina, your customers and surroundings. Thank you, Siyisgaas and I look forward to improvements and quality...
Read moreAlthough this visit was just a couple of coffees it was important to be able to give a good review due to we cannot remember the last time we had a perfect cup of coffee, it tasted exactly like it did when we started drinking it years ago. You see over the years we still stick with Timmies for our coffee, but sometimes it can be bitter, or sometimes burnt tasting or sometimes too sweet, not sweet enough not enough milk too much milk. It all depends on the day, the worker & the universe I guess. But today we went in this location, we have been through the drive thru but never inside, well they were friendly, the one that made our coffees was training by the sounds of it, but non the less friendly, smiley & made a darn fine cup of coffee. The restaurant was clean & we loved that there was some photos of the history of the local area too....
Read moreI’ve been going to this Tim’s for over a year now, and overall, I can’t complain—good atmosphere, food, coffee, all that. But what’s been seriously irritating me lately is the drive-thru.
I’ve ordered dozens of times without issue, but in the last three separate visits (each time paying in change), I’ve been short-changed. And not just once—three times in the same week. To make it worse, the receipts didn’t even match what I handed over. So what’s going on here? Is the cashier pocketing the difference as a tip, or just assuming no one will notice? Either way, it’s shady and annoying.
I shouldn’t have to double-check my change every single time, but apparently, I do. Sure, it’s just a few cents—but multiply that by thousands of customers a week, and suddenly, it’s not so small. Maybe this is just me having a bad day, but...
