Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alberta

My son and I like to get a pizza every now and again, he however will only eat it with extra sauce. The last three times we've ordered there was little to no sauce. This time I decided to call in and let them know, the lovely lady on the phone took my info and then let the manager speak to me. He gave an absolutely bogus response saying the cheese mixes with the sauce and the sauce then cooks into the crust (which is not true since prier to the last three times we've had fabulous pizzas) I told him we like the extra sauce and it's fine if it's "dripping" he then proceeded to tell me he'll make a note than hung up on me. I used to work at a pizza place and this is not how you handle things. My son will not eat it without the extra sauce, let alone any sauce so our pizza treat night was spoiled.

Better to just cook your own pizza...

I ordered $75 worth of food through DoorDash. The order was wrong. Nothing crazy, just missed the pineapple on the Hawaiian. Not a big deal. Until they made it one. $75 worth of food and you can’t replace the pineapple on my freaking pizza? Wouldn’t even just add the pineapple. Made me call DoorDash and said it wasn’t their problem. It’s freaking pineapple. Just fix it. Seriously. They try harder to fight with you then meet your needs. The manager is useless. This wasn’t the first time, and the first time I ordered from them directly. My $75 will be going elsewhere from now on. I suggest you do the same. They don’t care about their customers. And if you choose to order from here, just hope nothing goes wrong, because it will stay wrong, because they can’t...

Placed an order online for delivery and paid ahead of time. We waited over an hour and nothing so we attempted calling the store and it took multiple calls to get somebody to answer the phone. Turns out they made our pizza but misread that it was for delivery (I don't know how especially given we already paid for delivery) so the pizza was sitting around the store. Nearly another hour later someone finally delivered our pizza but it was old and ice cold. We phoned back and asked about a refund or free pizza next time for our troubles and were told to ask a manager. We went to the store in-person 3 times and on all occasions, there was "no manager on shift" absolutely...
