Who charges extra add on like this? I never paid extra add on from the in app order ever.
The Asian female short haired employee, didn't explained or mentioned anything at all until I paid. I worked at sbux for a long time ago and when there extra is larger than a drink like 9.60 I always explained to customers add-on's amount before I charged them to avoid confusion or surprise!
The employee tried to rip me off and said I have to line up again to correct the bill with huge attitude then she said she didn't how to do so someone else was going to do the correct transaction. Why she wanted me to go back to the line for her lacking explanation?

Read moreI think the staff member taking my order needs better training or reassignment. She was quite rude and didn’t seem comfortable communicating in English. She falsely told me that I couldn’t get the partnership discount without bringing a personal cup—something I’ve never heard of before.
On top of that, she messed up my entire order. I ordered a matcha, but she gave me a mocha. I also asked for a Brown Sugar Oat Cortado and was given a regular cortado instead. It feels like unless you’re ordering something very basic like a black coffee or latte, she just guesses.
