Subway — Restaurant in Alfred and Plantagenet

I am usually extremely understanding when it comes from this subway with there small location and there minimal staff I try to give them excuses for why the coninued service has been questionable.. but on multiple instances they don't follow the subway standard I have come to expect from there portions. they are skimpy with there evey order they prepare and the atmosphere in the place is hardly welcoming. when thinking about making an order, we usually will drive 25 minutes down the road to rockland then to order there which is 7 minutes away. The other subway in rockland makes subs that actually look like 6 inch subs and there bowls don't look like they tossed a spoon full of meat and the rest a small portion less amount of vegetables. never going...

Was missing alot of ingredients the employee had great customer service but said workers prior to his shift did not fill up on items so reason being there was missing lots of things. If you eat a sub or bowl you should have ingredients available. Then took a drink in the fontain machine and there was no "gas" left in it so drinks were flat brought that to the employee's attention and said he has none to replace. It is not the first time we go there and every time there is something. Should be a zero star review. Absolute worst experiences at this location. Service is mediocre at best but more often dreadfully slow. Went in 08/21/2017 placed an order for 4 subs, They had run out of pickles, banana peppers, bacon, processed cheese, meatballs & whole wheat buns. I was told they had not prepped in the back therefore they could not refill them. Out of 8-10 visits to this location I do not recall a decent experience even one time.
