Milano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Alfred and Plantagenet

Ordered online at 5:06pm. Received confirmation email saying delivery by 5:50. At 6:30, I called to ask if my order had left. The guy says it left with 5 other deliveries and would be receiving it once he drives by my place. Finally arrived at 6:55, 1 hr and 49 minutes after placing my order. Complained to the driver, he apologized and said he was the only driver. Had to re-heat the pizza...thereby changing the texture of the crust (way too soft). The medium poutine had 9 pieces of cheese in it. The fries were almost black...probably because the fries had sucked in the bit of gravy they put on it. Couldn't eat it, way too cold! Should have taken the $50.00 (including tip) to buy 2 nice TBone steaks. We would have enjoyed that a whole lot more. Obviously won't be ordering from there anymore, and will encourage my friends to do the same. The increase in prices on everything is one thing, but I expect to get quality food and service...

The store is dark and dingy. Very small entrance and too closed in The pizza crust wasn't fully cooked. Eating raw dough when I pay for and crave a pizza IS NOT OK especially for the price of things nowen days. They don't listen to delivery directions verry well. Asked with my order to deliver around the side. She goes to the front anyways. So I just yelled without getting up go to the side door. Whom ever took down my order SHOULD BE also writing delivery instructions down. Oh and please leave OUT the onion skin. Also not very many ingredients bald spots showing. I want my toppings please. This should be made right for we ordered a xlg milanos special and two Pepsi Don't know if I'll be ordering from here again

Called just now to try them again and give them the benefit of the doubt. Lady that answered phone was rude. Goodbye milanos. And they were one of my favorite but NOT in Alfred Signed Very...

Never open and I'm in alfred Ontario and they are speaking to me like I'm french this isnt alfred Quebec its ONTARIO I call to tell them I was charged 8 dollars for 9 onion rings. Are you serious they cant even understand me and I doubt I'll even get the onion rings never will I order here again until the workers can at least understand English.....this store gives others a bad rep......goto bourget I'll drive out of my way to go there next time at least their english and can treat people with respect

The little girls running this place are rude hung up the phone on me then accused me of lying about not receiving both orders of the side item I got I paid 21 dollars for a side item pft this store is the worst they barely understand English GO WORK IN ALFRED QUEBEC NOT ONTARIO speak english to people speaking english to u its rude to speak...
