Ananas mon Amour — Restaurant in Alma

a sweet restaurant that looks like nothing much from the outside, but do go in! you'll find a laid-back atmosphere and a cuisine built around local products. i had the sea urchins which were so good that i forgot to take a picture. they're served just warm, in their shells on a base of bechamel. i also enjoyed the fennel with babaganouj on a bed of oats, and the deconstructed ratatouille. it is always a pleasure to find attention and creativity brought to vegetable dishes! i recommend sitting at the counter where you xan watch the chef do his magic. service is efficient, professional and friendly (trifecta!)

This was one of the most interesting places we found on our culinary tour of Quebec and I'm already thinking about when we can get back that way to eat at this restaurant again. Let's just say It's not the size of the kitchen but how you use it that matters, and there's no doubt this chef knew exactly what he was...

OK par où commencer. La nourriture est exceptionnelle et goûteuse les aliments sont frais, tout les repas sont cuisinés sur commande de A à Z.

Le temps d'attente entre chaque commande peut être un peu long alors, il ne faut pas être pressé. Mais sa vaut la peine!

Les portions sont entre un plat principal et une entrée. Je conseille entre 3 et 4 service pour être bien rassasié en plus cela permet de goûter à plusieurs choses.

Le personnel est chaleureux! L'ambiance est hors du commun avec un vibe très original! C'est très petit il n'y a pas beaucoup de place dans le restaurant et ils ne prennent pas de réservation alors c'est premier arrivé premier servi!

Bref, une perle cachée avec un vibe très underground je...
