The Ice Cream Hut — Restaurant in Altona

Saw the great looking drumstick flurry on the huts facebook page, so went to pick one up. Took it home and started eating it, and it basically looked like a cup of vanilla ice cream. I started digging around in it, and all there was, were a very few pieces of sugar cone. Found no nuts and no sticky caramel. And also, nothing sprinkled on top like they show on the facebook page. Very disappointing! Suggest you check the goods...

I've been here twice since moving to Altona on June 1. The first time was on a walk and grabbed an ice cream. The place was clean and the ice cream was great.

The second time was for a meal, I ordered ahead, and when I arrived the food was ready for me at the specified time and was still hot. Obviously because of covid I ate it at home, but it was delicious...

Rude rude rude. I could not believe the customer service I received today (or lack there of). The worker (Elaine?) barely acknowledged myself or the people I was with and when she did she had an attitude. She also complained about her previous customers the second they left, right in front of us. I could go on and on, but I'll leave it at this - very...
