Burgers are throughly cooked, Food is consistently Hot and fresh. Zero problems when using the app, food is prepared in timely fashion. Friendly staff, restaurant is clean and well kept, when you eat in you are served soft drinks in a frosted mug, given silverware and China to have your meal on as if you were in a high grade restaurant rather than a fast food joint! Many years ago this place was poor to eat at as burgers weren't fully cooked and food was often cold on arrival, but whoever is responsible for turning this around to be the best fast food place in Amherst needs commended as its my first choice to eat at when in town for a quick meal! The stars are only because of the one English speaking girl there who first took my order. She was very sweet and soft spoken. 5 others stood together, in a little group, speaking neither English or French. How very rude for that one young girl who did not speak/understand whatever they were saying. They were loud and laughing . The English speaking girl was the only one, cleaning tables and trays. I ordered and the English girl said to have a seat and they would bring my order. However is was one of the others who came. She walked over to the table, literally dropped the tray, and just turned around and walked away. Not a howdy-do or even a smile. The fries were cold and the burger was luke warm. Horrible customer service. My two teenagers wanted to go eat here after their soccer games the evening of Sept 16. We stood back away from the counter to look at the menu and decide on what to get. It wasn’t busy and we were the only ones there beside two girls who were waiting on their order. The young girl behind the counter looked at us with a disgusted look and said very rudely “Eat in or take out?” My son said, “uh can we have just a minute please?” She said I need to know eat in or take out” in a very unfriendly, abrupt manner.
