I hardly ever go to DQ, but I finally decided to go and was disappointed to find out today the burger I was interested in trying was no longer offered. Then I decided to try a different burger and upgraded to onion rings and a shake. It came up to almost $18 for a fast food combo! I was thinking this burger better be delicious and huge and get lots of onion rings. The burger was ok, the two patties were on the dry side. My container of onions rings was not even full! What a rip! For that price the burger should be tasty and juicy and full of onion rings! I never had milk shake from DQ before that I could remember. I order through doordash quite often, and my food often comes missing components, over/under cooked or just generally poorly put together. if you don't know how to put a burger or a wrap together with prep charts in front of your face and so it stays together and not spilled throughout the bag, or not know how to put a cup of queso cheese in a microwave to warm it up, you need a new job. also, figure out how to actually give your dasher all of the items ordered. i had an order missing 2 drinks and a blizzard once. i worked at DQ for 5 years. it's not difficult. get your...

Great customer service when I've been in to dibe. They double check your order and are great with additions or substitutions in your meal. They are very prompt at keeping the tables clean and ready for new customers. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that sometimes when I get food it is a bit cold or if I get a hot fudge sundae the hot fudge is not heated at all and is just the same to me as chocolate topping. Not what I look for at Dairy Queen as that can be obtained at McDonald's. Otherwise the burgers are well cooked and food overall...
