EDIT AT THE BOTTOM** I have never in all my years been to such a piss poor Pizza shop and we absolutely love Greco all over Nova Scotia. We just got new owners within the past few years after Greco, taking our orders online and taking our money and not even fulfilling the orders or being open when we would show up to pick up our order and then Greco wouldn’t give us our money back now we have new owners that like to try and overcharge you for everything Even though you tell them you want the mix and match deal 899 for garlic fingers 899 for a Pizza they know there’s only supposed to be three toppings on there but they ask if you want the works? After three times telling them you wanted, whatever the 899 mix and match deal was so then when you arrive at the shop, they try to charge you $30 for a medium pizza and a medium garlic fingers that are so burnt none of us can bite through the crust on the pizza or the garlic fingers And the garlic fingers doesn’t even have enough cheese on it to cover the bread. I’ll show you some pictures of how pathetic this restaurant has truly become. AND NO! We are NOT stupid And will NOT be continuing to give them our money… There are locally owned places that do much better that deserve the customers because of their wicked customer service skills and their personalities! Personally, I recommend Kenny’s pizza Antigonish ♥️♥️♥️ They sure as hell have never tried to rip my family off this much on one order, especially after everything that’s happened tonight. Not the first not the last time, but this time is the last time we will spend our money at this place you wanna add extra things to my order and try and charge me for them when I specifically told you I wanted the 899 Mix and match pizza and garlic fingers You chose to put works on there so you could overcharge me for things that you knew I didn’t even want I asked for a cheese pizza maybe if you understood my English and took the time to fully understand English you would’ve understood me that is not my fault but you were gonna go ahead and charge me almost $30 for something we can’t even bite through?? When my partner took a knife and tried to cut it, it went to crumbles all over the counter. I would love to know how in the world after a pizza has sat in the box for a little bit on the drive home and got a little bit soggy, how the heck you still can’t bite through the crust?

A manager or owner reached out to me and offered me a free meal after reading my review; It’s pretty sad that even though the owner was aware, the employees were aware I was coming to pick up this meal. That half of my pizza and half of my garlic fingers are still burnt as well as my Cinna bites… but I have figured out why it is because they are jamming too many pizzas and garlic fingers into the oven at once why only half is getting burnt and the other half is not. It’s reaching the end when it SHOULD be picked up by an employee to come out of the oven and half of it is being left in the oven TO CONTINUE COOKING WHILE THE OTHER HALF IS STICKING OUT OF THE OVEN, WHICH IS WHY IT’S GETTING BURNT.. new owners SAME PROBLEMS!? And claiming ovens are automatic? So the oven automatically boxes the pizza and puts it on the counter? Please explain WHY only half of each are burnt? Because they were left sitting half in half out of the oven because no employee could grab it? Maybe have more than one or two people working during the busiest nights of the week? Pizza was not that great tasting was basically cold when we got it. Did forget to put flavored crust also forgot to give us our dip for our garlic sticks. The ends of the XXL was more crust then topping especially the corners. Was over an hr to get our pizza delivered and when we called 3 times we were told it was on the way. The third time guy was rude and had to f-ing pay full price and on top of that had to pay delivery charge but the delivery charge was more then what was said it be. We tried calling when the delivery guy got here and told delivery charge was more they never answered the phone. Poor delivery guy was here for 10-15 minstrel (he didn't work for greco and we would have sent pizza back but he had to pay for pizza first). If I could give zero stars, I would because that's the rating this place deserves. We ordered the East Coast Kitchen Party and it was a flop. We order pizza from this location quite often and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The pizza had little sauce and not many toppings on it. There were only a few pieces of green pepper and mushroom on the entire party size pizza. There was so little sauce it was actually dry to eat. To top it all off, they had no donair sauce for the garlic fingers but threw (and I mean threw) cheddar and ranch dipping sauces on the counter for us. I wouldn't have known there was no donair sauce had I not asked if it was in the box. The person that waited on us was off-putting and rude. Very disappointing experience at this location.
