1/5 Stars - Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Tim Hortons drive-thru. The entire experience was marred by poor customer service and a rude staff member.

Firstly, the order-taking process was disorganized, and it seemed like the staff were not paying attention to our requests.

But what really took the cake was the tone and attitude of the girl working the drive-thru window. She was wearing glasses and working the evening shift. When we politely asked her to microwave our coffee to heat it up (we had already purchased it from Tim Hortons), she flat out refused. We asked her again, still politely, and she responded with a rude tone that left a bad taste in our mouths.

As a loyal customer, I expect better service from Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling disenchanted, and I will not be returning to this location again.

This post is more about corporate than this local store. I never did get my order. I recently tried the app for curbside pickup (only second time trying it). My phone defaulted to 7 James Street location which being from out of town, I didn't think too much of. After ordering and waiting at least 20 or so mins, I checked the app again to see if I made a mistake. I needed up driving down the road to find another building all boarded up but clearly resembling a Tim's. I proceeded to go back up the road again and checked the app again to see this address wasn't coming up. Upon contacting customer care, my order was refunded but they were very clear I selected wrong store. Left me frustrated as I tried to use the app and help them update their directory. I really couldn't figure this one out to order at this location. Does anyone else have this experience? Will give them another go next time I'm in Antigonish area and will absolutley...

Low quality for a tim hortons, you can watch you food sit there at the back till someone standing around notices and hands you your cold food 15 minutes later. Thats always fun. Everyone seems kinda annoyed or irritated your there. In general everything is made pretty poorly and they are not open 24, not even close. Also don't bother letting someone know if they're breaking the law and falsely advertising prices, gave one older lady a ton of attitude for pointing it out after she got ripped off. She was polite as well, which quite frankly not everyone would be.It's a joke even for a small town. I know tim hortons isn't as good as it use to be but this place honestly has bad employees. I'm finally done wasting money, I think its better maybe at certain hours on certain days sometimes. Good...
