First of all, very bad customer service. Ordered chicken alfredo pasta, it lacked flavors and chicken in it was also tasteless. Still decided to have it bcz there was no other option. Then I found a hair in it, and we called the staff to show it. Their response was looking at us like we are the problem and saying, "I am gonna throw it." What appalled me was the fact that they didn't even apologize for it. The customer service is bad. When you find hair in a food that you provided to ur customer, you should start with an apology first. Then, offer to replace the item. And no refund was offered as well. The staff is amazing. They work hard to get orders out. People are so quick to judge when they get an order wrong. More people should be kinder. If you haven't worked in fast food industry then you never experienced what it takes to get orders ready especially with limited staff. One delivery driver and 5 orders to be delivered means it will take longer. Expect delays and remember a little kindness goes a long way. I've lived all over the country and eaten pizza from a lot of places, the pizza here was top notch! Great crust and toppings, not overly greasy, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The garlic fingers could have used a little more garlic, they tasted more like a cheesy bread. Still tasted good, but came with a sweet sauce, which we ended up not using. Overall a good experience and will definitely be a go-to for pizza for us. Online ordering system is sophisticated and very easy to use.

Update: Dined here again 3-4 months later with family and they once again made some absolutely fantastic...
