Sorrento pizza & ice-cream — Restaurant in Area C (Blind Bay/Sorrento)

This is the best pizza place around Shuswap. The pizzas there are always fantastic. They use the right amount of sauce in them, and it is full of flavour. The crust is not too thin or thick, and it is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outer crust. The cheese is consistently gooey and covers the whole pizza. Now, generally I order just pepperoni for all my pizzas. They put some pepperoni on top and a lot of it under the cheese, and they bake the pizza so it all tastes perfectly, top to bottom. The service is always courteous whenever I pick up my food. My only nitpick is that they are not open until 3 pm and close at 8. Other than that, I highly recommend this pizza...

If you like Subway salads, you'd like this place too. The house pizza (medium for ~$22) was made with low quality ingredients and the crust was thick and doughy (under-baked IMO). Their chicken salad was obviously made at the Subway next door (with Subway branding and all), so the "BBQ chicken" was Subway "chicken" drenched in BBQ sauce.
