kettle valley pizza (Okanagan Falls) — Restaurant in Area D (Skaha East/Okanagan Falls)

I never like to be critical unless its helpful in some way. I've ordered a LOT of Pizza in my life, from many Provinces and States, Cities, and Towns, and unfortunately this particular rendition of Pizza is at the bottom of the spectrum. The crust was dense, the sauce super tangy, the toppings sparse, especially evident on the Meat Lovers, and the cheese was used very sparingly. The predominant and overpowered flavour was sauce and bread, with only a subtle shift from the toppings. The after taste finish was also sauce and bread. The flavour of cheese was entirely absent, although it was there. Biting into the meat lovers, I could see crust, sauce, cheese, and a sausage bit on top...upon peeling back the cheese to find where the meat was, I seen 3 little sliced wedges, the surface area was mostly void of any meat, not even a complete single layer, where there should be atleast 2 layers. When the commercials say Delicio is better than take-out, it's laughable, or was, but in this case its the truth. I can't speak for their other menu items, and am sure they're wonderful people, and work hard in a tough business, but they have some work to do on their Pizza, this was the second time we've had pizza there, and both experiences were the same, not a "1 off", and as such, will not be supporting their pizza experience moving forward. Hopefully this review will have them re-examine their process, its not difficult to make excellent pizza, but I'm not hopeful thats gping to happen.

This star rating is not for the staff very nice people who work there, very friendly. The pizza on the other hand is what the star rating is for, very bland. Sauce just tastes like plan tomato paste, the crust also was very bland. The cheese is again bland and don"t get extra cheese because that just looked like what a normal amount of cheese on a pizza gets before you ask for extra. I feel for the cost of a pizza is way to high for what it is.

Sadly I won't be going there again, but the staff are very nice...

I've ordered from here a few times just to make sure it wasn't me. The pizza is very low quality, cooked on the bottom and not cooked enough on the top. Meat toppings like the ham are over possessed with hard to chew fat and the salami doesn't even taste like salami, no taste on any pizzas I ordered (looks like they buy the cheapest meat ingredients). Worst pizza I've ever had. Chicken donair was just ok and overpriced; the meat used was chunks of chicken instead of rotisserie...
