We noticed the Country Manor Kitchen in Armstrong BC. They seemed pretty busy. While waiting to go in for a hair cut at Sage's Hair Studio right beside it ! So, we went in for Brunch after our hair cuts. ( By the way the Ladies at Sage Hair Studio's are Fabulous !!! ) My Mom , My 2 Sister's & I , we didn't have to wait long to be seated ! The waitress was Very Polite , took our order's of drinks not long after we settled in. Then took our orders when ready ! The orders took a bit, but it is Not a Fast Food Restaurant !!! Once the orders came , We were All served at once ! The Food was Very Fresh , Delicious, Looked Appetizing & Lots !!! More than we could eat . You do need to add Your own salt & pepper , but I am bad with over salting things when I cook. We did also notice an older man sitting a cross from Us, He was Quiet, then left when done eating. When we were waiting to pay after filling our take home containers. The waitress that served us ,came over & proceeded to tell us. Father paid for All Our lunches. We were So Surprised & wanted to tell him Thank You !!! for Being So Generous to Us ! The Waitress told us that he does that sometimes !!! Plus told Us that She would Tell Father Thank You !!! So We Definitely Will be Going to the Country Manor...

My family and I went for a drive today, and ended up in Armstrong. We passed up on the fast food options and for the first time in a very long time, we went and sat down as a family in Country Manor Kitchen. My kids loved the antique oil lamps, woven reed picnic baskets and the cabinet full of pies and baked goods! The restaurant is clean, fresh, and in a fantastic spot on the main drag. We were in on a Saturday, and the place was busy, but they were able to find a table for my crew without a problem, and we were served by the very friendly waitstaff. We ordered from a rather large menu (hard to make a choice, as there were so many options for breakfast and lunch!), and the server suggested the clubhouse to my wife. Excellent choice, and full of real, roasted turkey. We were served before the kids got antsy, and each of us enjoyed our meal. I had the steak and eggs breakfast, which was incredible, but the highlight for me was watching my youngest giggle her way through her pancakes shaped like a teddy bear. A great outing, and a really...

Please read current post…at the bottom don’t support this business!

Previous post…… My family and I have been to Country Manor Kitchen twice and both times it’s been completely packed, that being said the service we received from Fallon was amazing! She’s so welcoming and wonderful at her job! You never would have known she was doing it all on her own. She never left was waiting for anything, she’s a wonderful waitress! The food was great and was brought out fast. All around great place to eat!

Current post! November 3rd 2023 My family and I went to this restaurant very often, even when the food wasn't very good Fallon still made it worth going…. She is an amazing server and made everyone feel like family, she was let go very unexpectedly and extremely unprofessional by the owner making a huge scene in the company of lots of customers… no one should be treated that way… shame on you Kim… my family will never step foot in that restaurant ever again…...

My wife and I came to Armstrong for the metal festival, have never been there before and needed a good breakfast. This place fit the bill perfectly with a great menu. Omlettes, burgers, pierogies, something for everyone. I went with the Denver omlette with hash browns. I couldn't believe how much cheese they had on it (and under it). It was almost too much, but the omlette had enough peppers and other ingredients to balance it out. This place was PACKED because of the festival and the entire staff worked very hard and were very friendly. If you come to Armstrong and need some great homestyle comfort food this is the place. Will definitely come back again. 5/5.

There are many words to describe a breakfast but wet and soggy should not be one of them. Worst breakfast ever. Hashbrowns were not brown but seemed boiled or steamed? It was just gross and we especially came in to try their house brined corned beef hash but couldn't get past the wet and soggy texture of the overall dish. Wont be back.
