Pink Rock Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Armstrong

As part of our Okanagan vacation, we stopped by this new Armstrong shop on June 3 to check it out but it was not yet open. The owner was outside and told us he was opening the next day. We said we would be back, so the following day we returned. When the first of our party arrived the Owner apologised and said that the ice cream had just arrived but if we went for lunch and came back, he would have ice cream. We arrived back an hour later and there was an enthusiastic, fun and inviting welcome. We picked put our ice cream amongst laughter and chatter and the mood was light, the ice cream delicious and the atmosphere fun. Such an adorable little ice cream shop! Happy to see a small business like this in Armstrong. Great selection of ice cream, sorbet, milkshakes, and floats. They even had the real black licorice ice cream (not tiger) which is always hard to find for those of us that love it. Today I tried the cream soda milkshake and it was delicious....

Pink Rock is our favorite place to go for ice cream!! We live in Vernon and make sure to always stop by Pink Rock when we go to the pool in Armstrong. My kids love their flavors and toppings and their staff is always super friendly and patient with my kids :) And I love that there are areas in the shop and outside to sit...
