Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Arnprior

We love pp-and ordered dinner for tonight! Wings, chicken sandwhich, poppers, panzerotti! Seems like they have implemented a new flavor enhancing practice for their panzerottis- i always get baked when I have my “cheat night” . I received my panerotti with oil on it making me think it was deepfried which I cannot have. I called and told the call center that I had gotten a deep fried one- they contacted the store - store told them it was baked but they put olive oil on top . This was new to me after ordering there over 4 years. The store was kind enough to remake the Panzerotti and not put oil on it- and explain that when ordering just ask that no olive oil be added. Super customer service. And just in case anyone else was not aware of the oil being put on now- now ya know :) PS. Our dinner...

Half my family eats burgers ( they always win ) . The other half loves pizza . Had the pizzza crew on a 3 hour drive and pulled off hwy 17 so hungry and hit pizza pizza Arnprior at 5:30 pm to get us some slices . Mmmm Walked in and saw only 3 slices to go .... not a single pepperoni to be found out of those 3 . Asked the csr if they had something coming out of the oven relatively soon . He replied I don’t think so . How does a company branded Pizza Pizza have no Pizza Pizza at dinner time ? Seriously ! That’s your name and you can’t play the game . Order at 6:30 today an extra large half broccoli half chizro sausage and got a large instead. I called customer support and got a replacement that was half broccoli half sausage and onion this was at 7:30. Called back customer care said they would send another and it would be 30 min. At 8:15 still no pizza. Called back and customer care said no order had been made. They said there was nothing they could do cause I didn't want the credit. Talked to the supervisor and after 40 min of being on hold she said store refused to make another pizza. So she said she would credit me back the money before taxes. (Still waiting on that).
