A&W Canada — Restaurant in Assiniboia

I was there on March 23rd and we were waiting in line to get our food these kids were in front of us and the lady taking the kids orders started yelling at them. I believe that was completely rude and nobody should be treating children like this. And when we sat down to eat we could still hear the lady yelling it was quite rude And ruined our whole experience. We went to a bunch of restaurants and a and w was our favorite but This really ruined it for us. While eating We could smell something burning and the smell did not go away to the point where we had to ask to get a bag for our food and leave before we were even done eating. Employee should not smell of rank BO when he shows up to work 2 mins before he opens at 6 am, extremely unorganized cashier, fast food should be fast and still hot not 25+ minutes to get an order, regulars order the same thing every day at the same time when you know your going to need 4 pots of coffee by 630 have a couple brewed so it's not 15 mins wait for a small coffee while customers listen to you brag to co-workers how your going to get a promotion cause your so great at your job. No food or staff issues at this location I always love A&W. I'm working from out of town

one morning before work I wanted breakfast(6am) so I looked on Google for the hours and they aren't updated. So I walked to the corner and from my perspective it seemed closed. No open sign plus with the darkened windows it seemed that way. so I walked back to my room. If it wasn't for me asking another gentleman if it was open I wouldn't have gone in.
