So disappointed with the lack of service at this facility. I pre-ordered a meal and when I picked it up it was in a paper to go bag, which is quite typical. This time the bag tore as I stepped outside the store. I brought this up to the person working the counter as my food had spilled out all over the floor from the bag tear and the response was "what do you want me to do about it?". I asked if the dish could be remade as their product was faulty and was told I'd have to order it again. I left the facility and called them back a few minutes late asking to speak to someone in charge to see if we could sort the issue. I was told that the manager was away that day and so I asked to have them call me back. I was asked what the issue was regarding, when I said that it was something I would discuss with the manager when they called me back I was hung up on. I just found that the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The facility is taking zero responsibility for their product. I have had numerous customer service issues here and my experience last night has secured my opinion and I will be driving further away to go to another location from now on. There was no cheese except for grated cheese, no cookies, limited chips selection and the soda machine was not giving any ice nor was it chilled. None of this was disclosed to us until after we all poured our sofas and found them to be room temperature. Even the gentleman before us abandoned his order because they did not have the cheese and such for the sandwich he ordered. But all of the shortcomings were unapologetically disclosed after we had ordered. Read morePlaced a mobile order which was confirmed by the app. Payment was also processed before arriving to the restaurant. Upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have what I ordered. I asked for a refund which was not granted. The only thing they could offer was another "replacement" sub.
I wrote into Subway customer service. My issue is with the follow up from the owner after the fact. I was sent a standard reply to my inquiry with no resolution. I have followed up since then with no replies.
