Went here for the jays home opener april 11. Place is nice, lots of tvs. Food was good other then the poutine was soggy and didnt like that you only got 1 free refill. Needless to say we were enjoying our time. I stepped out to pick the hubby up to come back to the waitress telling us the kitchen was closed (915) i left to get him at 9. when questioned the hours she rudely told us we should have looked at the time they closed before coming in. Said shed get them to make us something but had to order right then and there. No time to look at the menu. Didnt end up ordering cause at this point we felt rushed and they didnt really want to make it. Now this being said the waitress literally never came to our table for the 2hrs we were already there and had to ask multiple times for water or refill. So we paid our bills and walked out at around 930 now she said they closed at 10. Yet we stood outside talking till 1030ish and she was still in there serving drinks etc so i guess if you wanted booze then you could stay and shed actually serve you. The best part is she made such a big deal about looking at the hours before coming in that when we walked out we looked at the sign and guess what time it says they close on a Tuesday?? 12am so infact we technically had lots of time... so frustrating cause we were actually enjoying ourselves for the most part. There was a male there who i believe might be the owner and he was fabulous, hes the one that actually brought us all our food and asked how it was.. so this waitress literally only took or orders and gave us 2 drinks each

SO happy that the new owner/proprietor seems to be a nice person who is very well liked by staff as well as the regulars from the last establishment at this location, it really speaks to your brand success when you can scoop up all the loyal guests who used to frequent the "former place" 😉 We stopped in to visit our favourite staff members and have a glance at the menu so we had a couple of cold beverages and ordered wings - good wings are a big deal - I'm happy to say that the wings were excellent, my PIC is always searching for decent garlic/parm and is usually disappointed BUT not at Wicked Eats; the gar/parm is the real deal; definitely not out of a seasoning container, the parm is freshly grated from real parm! The menu looks great and I'm told that the Italian dishes are Rob's (owner) Mom's original recipes which is lovely We will definitely be returning to work our way through the menu! Updated, bright and fresh decor add to the welcoming atmosphere, well done Wicked Eats ⭐

First time trying out Wicked Eats and am definitely not disappointed! The fish tacos are really delicious! Probably my new favourite place to get fish tacos! Very big portion for a good price. Fish pieces were big, and lots of toppings and lettuce just how I like them :). Hubby got the Wicked Famous burger and he really enjoyed it!(It was gone within minutes lol). Fries were well seasoned and crispy. Seating is great as well, they have a lot of comfortable booths. Place was very clean & tidy as well. We were served by Chrissy who was very polite, friendly, informative, and also very welcoming! We also met the owner, Robert, who as well was very friendly! We will definitely be back! Would love to try all the things on the menu 😋

I’ve been here twice now and the food is decent, what you would expect from a restaurant of this type. The first time we came we had a lovely server, glasses, very personable, and is one of the main reasons my family chose to come back. Unfortunately this time around my family was met with a waitress that was not so friendly from the get go. It was almost like she had decided she didn’t like us before we could interact. She didn’t greet us, tell us her name, smile, or ask how our food was at any point. She even made a face when we asked for the bill?? I did notice she seemed to smile and start conversations with other tables. I work in costumer service so I make sure to go out of my way to thank and be polite to servers. I am not an unreasonable person, I can acknowledge that this restaurant has good food and some great staff. Although this inconsistency in service makes me no longer want to return… costumer service is huge… makes or breaks the whole evening. Pretty disappointed in the lack of basic...
