Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aylmer

Pizza hut isn't what it used to be. And this place is garbage. Tried to order a bbq chicken pizza but I wanted regular pizza sauce on the pizza and BBQ sauce drizzled on the top, just like every other pizza place will do! I was told absolutely not! After telling me no, then after asking the manager, They said they will not do that, it makes no sense to put it on the top and I only get 1 sauce. I said I would pay for it or get a custom pizza made that way. She said they WILL NOT do it. I told them forget it and I'll order from pizza pizza and hung up. Manager called me back and said they would make an exception. Conveniently after I said I would go to their competition down the street. I told him I was already told no and there was nothing they would do to accommodate. So too, little too late. There a good reason why the town of aylmer sees Dominos and godfathers dominating the streets with deliver vehicles. I NEVER see pizza hut cruising around. Not sorry your business is crumbling. Horrible customer service, if you can call it service. Pizza hut used to be top tier... now they're chemical flavor enhanced garbage food. I won't bother you again...

My daughter was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to order, The girl on the other side seemed to have trouble understanding simple pizza language so she just hang up on my daughter. I called back twice and each time she said she could hear me but would not proceed to retake the order. The call dropped both times. We drove there and the young man at reception shook his head, smirked and said “sorry m’am, that lady you spoke to on the phone has left”. When I challenged him he had no excuses left. This is the second time I've had trouble with this location. Both times my order was wrong and things were missing. When I'm finally able to speak to them they promise a free pizza in my account. The first time they messed up and promised a free pizza it was never added. The second time was just recently and I'm not even going to order from there again so no idea if they've added one. It really sucks because I love pizza hut. Go to any pizza hut but the one in Aylmer ON. Too bad I can't leave 0 stars for...
