Cocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Barrie

I am typing this as I am sitting in the restaurant. Placed an order for dinner. I ordered 1 panzerotti and 1 chicken wings. My friend ordered one panzerotti. Our order came and my husband cut into his panzerotti and it had pineapples..looks like he got my friends order. Turns out they had given his order to someone else and since my husband had cut into my friends had to cook 2 new ones. They were too busy arguing with each other trying to understand their error and ignoring us and didn't even start cooking the missed orders for about 10 mins. Half hr later we are still waiting and no panzerotti in sight...looks like they messed up a bunch of orders. I understand things happen but the staff here did not even apologize or offer any kind of credit-even though they let the guy who received my husband's panzerotti keep it. Had high hopes for this place. Heard it had great food. Seems like we will never know about the panzerotti. Update: almost an hour later we received the panzerottis-the rest of us were already done our meal. Asked to speak to manager but they did not come out...so for me that speaks volumes about the business. When the manager finally did come out she refused to offer any compensation and didn't find that they had done anything wrong. She also would not give me her name, said she didn't have to. I was not happy with the customer service at the Barrie location of Cocelli Pizza and won't be back...but they don't seem to care if they...

We ordered pizza and wings from you tonight, because my husband has been loving your pizza slices. We got a large pizza, 10 wings (hot) and a gluten free pizza. Both Pizzas were ordered with extra sauce. I will start with the wings. My husband didn't even eat 5 of them due to the fact that they weren't cleaned up like normal wings are. He still gave them a shot though. Until he had 2 and there was no sauce on any after the first 2. We thought typically sauce comes on the side or is mixed fully in a bowl. The fact only 2 wings actually had sauce is unacceptable the lack of effort was disappointing. The gluten free pizza crust wasn't even edible. There was no sauce even after ordering extra sauce and after one bite of my cold gluten free pizza that tasted like cold cardboard I personally only ate the toppings off of the pizza. The large pizza was also lacking in sauce and apparently tasted horrible as well. My kids wouldn't even Finnish it and they eat everything. I didn't want to post our complaints publicly, because I don't like being negative, but felt you should know we had high hopes especially since my husband often gets your slices. It was all really bad and felt we should tell you so you can grow from our bad experience. Thank you for taking the time to read. I used to be a big fan of cocelli pizza, their pizza was one of my favorites and I regularly ordered at home and for my employees at work. Unfortunately the last few times I have ordered the service has been terrible. The last time I placed an order I had 1.5 hours before I had to leave my house, I figured 45 mins delivery left my lots of time to eat and be out of the house on time. An hour and 10 mins after ordering I still didn't have my food, when I called they couldn't tell me where my pizza was or when I would get it, It never showed up before I had to leave. Tonight I called to order a very simple order, large pepperoni pizza, I asked if they could leave one or two slices with no pepperoni for my son, I said I would happily pay for a full pepperoni pizza, nope either half cheese or nothing, thats great service. I asked what's so hard about just not putting pepperoni on one section of pizza and she said they just cant do that. seems a little ridiculous. I said ok I guess I will order from somewhere else and she hung up. I called papa johns and made the same request to leave a couple slices just cheese and it was no problem for them. Cocelli pizza is tasty but the service isn't worth going there, will not...
