Not happy with this Tim’s at all either! The staff is rude and won’t let me pick out my donuts before going and charging me 10$ for a specialty donut box, then when I get told not asked to tell her what donuts I wanted when I did ask for a specialty donut if it was okay as it was also 12 at night with very little options left she started ranting about how they cost more and don’t come in a 6 pack of donuts that may I remind you she charges me special donut prices for then told me I could only get 1 after putting up an argument she didn’t want to deal with it next day spoke to the manager and they fully refunded me.. funny tho as usual my order was messed up as they always get my order wrong .. and now Tim’s has took the frosted part of the frosted cinnamon roll away and they added a glaze now it’s just trash the whole Tim’s line what happened to coffee and donuts and why is Tim’s serving pizza now?? They clearly don’t know quality in food anymore and they aren’t listening to what customers even like and this is why so many people prefer McDonald’s over Tim’s now. Costs have gone up even for a coffee !! And they over charge you on the ice coffee as they will mostly give you ice in a cup and never have the actual cold brew ready to serve or available at this location also. It’s horrible service very little variety as it seems that the workers there at all to busy talking and laughing or putting a dab of the whip topping they charge you extra $ for on your drink for 5 mins while you wait in a drive thru at the window watching and listening to them all just laugh or speak another language and laugh it’s very rude and after waiting around 5 mins for a whip topping and giggles I’ve literally had to push start my car to the gas station beside Tim’s my next stop anyways .. if they didn't waste so much time the line would actually move and I wouldn’t of had to push start my car from the drive thru window .. embarrassing that 5 people can’t handle a whip...
Read moreManagement needs to do better. I just waiting 15 min for a wrap. 1 wrap nothing else no drink no more food a wrap that takes literally 2 min or less to make. But here's what the issue was. The place was slammed and there was only one person on sandwich bar for the front and the drive thru when there's supposed to be one for drive thru and one for front of house. So I asked to speak to management and nicely told her how unacceptable waiting that long is. Her response is we are understaffed, well then I asked what it was that she was doing that was so important why she couldn't come to the front and step it up and help her response was nothing. I proceeded to let her know that she doesnt need to be out front all the time I understand there's more to being a manager then helping out the front but when it's busy step it up help your staff. I'm sorry but for less then $17 bucks and hour and the way these places treat their staff it's no wonder they are understaffed. Poor girl on the sandwich bar looked like she was gonna pass out from exhaustion because no one was helping her. I'm a business owner and the way these places treat their staff is disgusting...

Read moreThis is my to-go store from my workplace. The quality of the food really depends on what time of the day you get it (depends on staff on shift who make out). During afternoon, you get what you initially ordered according to the ‘Tim Standard’ but during the morning, it’s pathetic.
My coffee is never made right by morning staff in spite of having managers on floor. Talk about food: If you order chicken, you will get bacon complimentary in it (I don’t eat pork) and if you order just Egg & Cheese muffin, you will get free sausage in it.
The cherry on top: I called this morning to complain about my order and the Manager on duty BRAJ wasn’t bothered in listening to my issue over the call and was chit chatting with colleagues while on call. And frustrated when I said, Thank you for the pathetic drink (the morning coffee before work), he replied YOU ARE WELCOME!! Like you have no dignity for your customers.
