Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Barrie

Review from my experience Jan 3, '23. This was easily the worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered a large & medium original crust. I get there place is empty, my pizza is ready. I pay, pick up my pizza's and I immediately notice how light it is. I think to myself that the box with the large pizza must be empty. I put the pizzas down to open the box to check if there's actually pizza in there. There was however at first glance the bbq chicken pizza looked very sparse. I'm hungry so off I go. I get home inspect my pizza and notice how thin the crust is, super thin. It seems like the took the dough from a small pizza and stretched it to make a large. These pizza's were so sparsely dressed up with ingredients, even the sauce was hardly noticeable. This was the worst pizza I've ever had. I get that times are tough and the cost of everything has gone up however if this is how you're trying to make up for the increased costs that's unacceptable. If you notice I had a previous issue with this location and they reached out to me to apologize, etc. I will never be a customer here, ever again. I will not accept free pizza, coupons, etc.. I'd certainly like my money back from yesterday. You lost a customer, shame on you for ripping me off. I can't see why a worker would decided to make a pizza this way without being directed to do so, why would they be so stingy with every single ingredient including the dough, must be a direction from the owner or manager and if not that employee who made my pizza should be fired.

New review 5 stars. . After leaving my 1 star review I was contacted by Dominos GM Luke (I think for the Big Bay location but not sure) and they inquired what happened. I explained as per below. Luke provided me with a credit for future use. I'll say I was skeptical to even use the credit however I figured nothing to lose but my time I guess. So I ordered a few pizza yesterday and they were back to their usual great pizza (for a chain restaurant). Even the 2 individuals at the counter were great. The young man I didn't get his name inquired as to what happened before and thanked me for giving them a chance to make it right. Kudo Dominos you made it right.

Original 1 star review: I've been ordering from this Dominos for 3 years and have to say it's been consistently good/great. Today that all changed. Firstly I ordered to have my pizzas ready for 7pm. I arrived a couple mins after 7pm and was told that my pizzas weren't ready. That's ok I understand there is currently a promotion so probably busier than usual. At 7:20pm pizzas are finally ready. Nothing said in regard to wait. Seriously a simple sorry goes a long way. Now generally I give the pizzas a quick look prior to leaving. I found it odd that my pizzas weren't ready however when I opened the box not 1 of my 3 pizzas were piping hot, I'd say warm but not what a pizza that was just made hot. Oh well. I get home and let me just say these were probably the worst pizzas I've ever had. 2 of the 3 the pizza dough were so thin and no it wasn't flat crust. One of the pizzas had so little pizza sauce that on some of the slices when I pulled up the cheese it had no sauce at all. The one pizza where the dough appeared normal was so dry and again very sparse on sauce. Very scant toppings and the pizzas didn't taste good, yeah all 3 pizzas weren't good. I know it's Dominos not gourmet pizza but...

First time I have ever been at this location and will never go there again. Ordered a large pizza and parmesan bites...waited about 25min...seen my name was in the oven and then ready and no one came up to me to tell me that they accidentally gave my pizza to another customer..when I asked where my pizza was..i ended up speaking to 3 young employees and no manager or anyone else for that matter came to apologize or explain what is going on..ended up waiting another 20min and when I asked to speak to the manager he gave the young employee a card for free salad. I asked again to speak to a manager..he comes out with attitude and when he seen how upset I was...he stood there smiling like it was a joke! Very unprofessional..was told that our parmesan bites would be free and ended up that he gave me free cookies..I couldn't bother going back once I noticed. Very...

I ordered a large pizza on april 29th, where i had mentioned in the app no mushrooms and tomatoes on right side of the pizza, but they put it on the whole pizza. That ruined my Saturday night but one thing that was okay they said on the call that we will add $20 as credits on the phone number. But today i called and asked for a larger pizza so i can use my credit but the person on the call said i had no credit in my account . I didn’t use any credit in the whole week, and also she was saying that contact Dominos barrie she cant do anything about it. She said the pizza says no mushrooms and tomatoes on the whole pizza but in my app it says only on left side. I told her i can come and show you but she said she cant do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place as they dnt know what they are doing. If anyone has issues they will just say contact...
