Normally I donāt write negative reviews but wow. I went with my mother in law and ordered two Frappuccinos, the girl at the counter already had a bad attitude but I just brushed it off. She had brown hair and gold hoops. My mother in lawās drink had syrup all on the outside cup and I let them know. They looked annoyed that I pointed it out and again I brushed it off. When it was time for my order, the girl with the hoops called for a latte which was not my order so I didnāt walk up to the counter. Her co-worker with the head scarf corrected her and then I went up to get my order. There were no more straws in the cup on the side so I asked them if I could have a straw. She looked extremely annoyed, grabbed a straw and THREW it at me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. Maybe the person was having a bad day I donāt know, but that is no reason to be rude to another person. Donāt ever waste your money at this location. But this barista was incredibly rude when I asked for a drink with no water. Her attitude was not necessary. And I walked away without ordering, because of her poor attitude.
