Do yourself a favour and avoid this place all together if you read through the lower star reviews for this place you will see all the same repeat complaints Crooked business they rip off their customer They cheap out on proteins and fill your dish with If you actually google a photo of what Mongolian chicken is supposed to look like there isn't a single dish on Google images that even closely compares to the amount of onions they've added to that meal to just be a filler Have a look at the photos I am posting with this review I ordered Mongolian chicken and pepper steak The Mongolian steak is $16.55 before taxes Pepper steak with Onions is $13.25 before taxes Both dishes came with barely any protein I had to dig through the dish to find small pieces of beef in the Pepper steak and the Mongolian beef wasn't any better. An absolute disgusting amount of onions in the dish... And I like onions But there's absolutely no excuse to rip your customers off and cheap people out so badly This restaurant literally chooses to take the cheapest vegetable they can and use it as a filler for the entire meal I tried contacting the restaurant before posting this review But was told there is nothing they can do that is how the dish comes Well if you at the restaurant can't do anything to improve the quality of food well then who the heck is supposed to. The ratio of onions to protein was at least 8:1 It was wanted that much vegetables I would have order a vegetable dish and not a beef dish When I ordered one of the most expensive need dishes they sell I never for a moment though I would have a meal show up with almost no beef in it and almost all onions I wish more businesses like this would just close their doors and retire. All you do is make a living off cheating your customera out of a proper meal. Not to mention they wouldn't deliver the food 4km away without a $5 charge on a $90 meal What a Joke!!

Decided to try Dragon Wok again after about a 1 year hiatus. Ordered Beef Ho Feng with Black Bean sauce. How Feng noodles were just a coagulated sticky blob of an overdone mess. Very little black bean sauce (mostly oil), and an ungodly amount of white onions. At least one entire white onion was used. Why so many onions? In total, maybe 6 pieces of actual beef. Huge disappointment, and mess of a dish. Egg rolls were ok, but had clearly been made in advance, frozen, and flash fried. Fast service, but terrible food. Not cheap either!! What used to be one of the best around, has now become terrible..

I Ordered the "Cantonese chow mein" (special). Heres whats left. Alot of my noodles were raw..meaning undercooked and dried out, so i ate around the hard bits, i liked the chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, and onions. Im sad, cause i barely ate any of it. Just tasted old. Old veggies, old sauce. Idk. Its not worth it. and im still hungry. The sauce grossed me out to.

Crooked business they rip off their customer They cheap out on proteins and fill your dish with

If you actually google a photo of what Mongolian chicken is supposed to look like there isn't a single dish on Google images that even closely compares to the amount of onions they've added to that meal to just be a filler

Have a look at the photos I am posting with this review

I ordered Mongolian chicken and pepper steak

The Mongolian steak is $16.55 before taxes Pepper steak with Onions is $13.25 before taxes

Both dishes came with barely any protein I had to dig through the dish to find small pieces of beef in the Pepper steak and the Mongolian beef wasn't any better.

An absolute disgusting amount of onions in the dish... And I like onions

But there's absolutely no excuse to rip your customers off and cheap people out so badly

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I placed an order for take out at 510pm. At the time of placing the order, we were notified that there would be a 3hr and 20min wait, resulting in a pickup time of 830pm. We arranged to accommodate said timeframe and planned for the delay in dinner. At 810pm, they called to notify us that they needed to delay our order by another hour and a half. When I explained that we were already on route, as we live out of town, they said "there is nothing we can do for you besides cancel your order". When I asked to speak with the manager that was working, I was told that the manager was too busy and would not speak with me on the phone. They even refused to provide me with the manager's name to call back at a later time. They waited until 20 minutes before my pick up time to notify me, and did not make any attempts to accommodate or rectify the situation, besides allowing me to cancel my order that I had already been waiting 3 hours for. Had they have called me an hour earlier, and apologized for the inconvenience/back log I would have been much more understanding - after it all, we didn't even get an apology. Needless to say, moving forward they will not get our business again. If I could give them zero...

If I could give this restaurant a -1, I would. WORST service of any restaurant in my life, combined with a totally incorrect takeout order = I'll never go back. I love Chinese food in general, and had been looking for a good takeaway place in Barrie. I wasn't feeling well, so hubby went for me and I had written down for him: shrimp Hunan hot. He returns with something akin to shrimp lo mein, with a truckload of noodles, the tiniest shrimp I've ever seen, and a few slices of looked sorta like chicken. Well, I can't eat noodles or chicken. Also received two very greasy spring rolls, which I didn't order. I called the restaurant about 6 p.m. on a Saturday night and spoke to someone named "Sheridan." I live about 40 km away. She said to bring it back on Wednesday, when I'd be in town for outpatient surgery. I take it back. The cook comes to the counter and swears up and down that hubby gave him the wrong info. He angrily refunds my money and tells me not to come back. Not to worry - I won't be back and neither will the money that I spend several times a month on Chinese takeout! If you're looking for rude staff, incorrect orders and being told you're not welcome, then go to this place. Otherwise, AVOID! There are other Chinese...
