At first I was extremely happy with the service the baker made conversation with children he was great when I went to the bathroom there were two people in line. The same two people in line when I returned to the line where I stayed in that line for 15 mins before I was my turn to order. I ordered two large coffees one med two small chocolate milk and two donuts. After placing my order moving to the side where I was directed to I was told I had to wait 3 mins for coffee... So my bathroom trip was 5 mins then stand in line for 15 mins then wait for my coffee. The two people infront had ordered. Two coffees total. Tell me how in twenty mins serving two coffees that would sell them out of coffee. I said to the supervisor it it not when you see customers and you have no coffee you ahould drop a new pot yet again. I asked if I could have my two donuts and my chocolate milks where I was told to get my own milk ok cool then asking for a straw. I got rolling eyes.... I asked if there was at least enough coffee for one of the coffees which was then slammed down on the counter. Then I watched the supervisor pull the pot before it was don't brewing.... I haven't worked at Tim Hortons in a while but that's not to their standards! So my water coffee was slammed down on the counter 3 cups only me.... I was expected to juggled them ? Asked for a tray again eyes rolling and attitude. I frequent Tim Hortons at least 5 times a day. Spending $11 dollars each time I go. And after my experience today here I'm not going to another Tim Hortons again! When I called to speak to a manager about what just happened imagin it's the girl that was the problem. Continuing to argue with me. I'm going to be sharing this experience with Tim Hortons head office as well as apparently when you call you tell them how bad of an experience you have they just...
Read moreService at this location is absolutely, consistently, terrible. Drive-thru cannot get an order correct to save their lives. No matter what you say, how you say it or how many times you confirm it at the speaker, it will be wrong. They will give you the wrong thing, or more often, miss something entirely. They will charge you incorrectly. The worst part? They argue with you about it. "No, you didn't say that, you said this." Or you sit in the drive-thru for 10 minutes only to get to the window and they then tell you they don't have what you ordered. Because they're too lazy to check before they ring it in. It's not just one employee, it's all of them. It's a sinking ship at this location. Don't waste your time. Not sure how they're still open, to be honest. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Edit: returned today (6 weeks later) to give them another try. Ordered a breakfast sandwich at about 915am. The english muffin had mold on it and obviously tasted disgusting. Realized this 20 mins down the highway on my way out of town. Never. Again. The standards at this location are so concerning I'm not sure how the Health Unit hasn't gotten...

I ordered a "Plant based chicken cilantro wrap" from here for lunch.. and don't get me wrong it was delicious.. but the "plant based" and "chicken" Together Do not exist but the young lady said it does at the cash register.. It is not a part of my religious belief to eat meat such as chicken! Yet today when I went to the tim hortons down the street they pretty much let me in on the fact that I ate chicken yesterday by serving me it without meat or what I thought was what I call beyond chicken yesterday! So now that I think back, I ordered a second one yesterday and the lady who wrapped the first one for me told me that they ran out of the rice they use for it. Anyways, I talked to the other lady who was there and told her that The "plant based Chicken" Non-existent wrap was delicious and she said "Yeah, lots of people have been enjoying them" (Or something like that)...
