Before ordering i called to ask some questions about ingredient because of some allergy , after repeating myself many time the person on the other side of the line kept on not understanding a word that i was saying even after requesting for me to repeat again very slowly.(i am perfectly fluent in both english and french ) So anyway i gave up trying to speak with them and i took a risk and ordered ONLINE to be delivered some of everything on the menu all kind of deserts as well because it was a birthday party . The food was horrible , first the pizza sauce is not pizza sauce at all .. it a liquid absorbed by the dough ,said liquid taste like sugar and herbs ,the pizza tasted like cheap frozen pizza from wallmart . The 20$ (with tax) poutine was smaller then expected for the price but tasted very good . The timbit looking things were also absolutely delicious and they come with vanilla icing and chocolat dips . The churro was overcooked dried and hard . The pizza cookie is almost 7" 1/2 and tasted weird (like burned salty butter and a back taste of something unknown ) every single kids spit it out in disgust) the kraft dinner triangle nugget things was also a big failure and had the kids spitting them out .. (dried out kraft dinner in triangle shape dipped in dough and and fried ) there u go , now we have a bunch of food that no one wants i lost my hard earn $$$ , all the kids are hungry and i have to order from another restaurant and they have to wait again to eat UPDATE: they write that cute "we care" reply saying contact them under the review , well i did through the app because they have to customer service contact number . They let me know that they would not call me as they dont do calls but i could give them more details by emails , i did and still waiting to be answered back . They replyed back, apologizing asking if a coupon code would be acceptable as compensation , i agrees and then they have given me the silent treatment since and did NOT give me any code . Stay away from this dishonest company, pizza delight is the place to go if you want good food quality and amazing...
Read moreMade an order through the application at 6:18 PM Waiting time was written 15minutes Fast Forward to almost 2h later. (1h and 40m) Still haven't received my order. I called and was first told my order had been deliver. I advised i haven't receive the order or gotten a call from the restaurant or delivery guy. Lady on the phone was really nice, she put me on hold to contact the restaurant in Bathurst. When she got back to me she asked me if i had receive the order or call while i was on hold. I told her no. She then told me she was told the delivery guy wasn't too far from me and it shouldn't take long. And she thought it would've been deliver to me while i was on hold.
20min after my call… still no delivery.. I had paid in advance.. this is definitely my last time ordering at Pizza Salvatore. I am beyond upset about the whole thing.. a poutine ,small pizza and wing should not take 2h this is absurd.
Update: 8h15 I still haven't receive my order. I called the restaurant phone number again and talk to a guy this time, explained the situation again and told him i called about 20min before and was told it shouldn't be too long. I was told they had a-lot of order and i shouldn't be too long. I told him 2h wait is unacceptable and wanted a refund . He told me they don't do that at Salvatore. I told him again 2 hour is unacceptable again. I was told to wait an other 10 to 15 min.. told him again I've been waiting for 2 h . On the app it says it was supposed to be deliver at 7h20 and its not 8h10 so its been an hour and when i spoke to the lady before him she told me the delivery guy was already on route and coming to me soon.. and that was 20minutes ago
8h20 order finally arrived! Only good thing was the meal was warm. But still soooooo disappointed of my experience!!!

Perhaps the most disappointing pizza I have ever had. Dry--if there was sauce it must have dried up in the oven. Cheese? Nope. Pretty sure someone forgot to put the cheese on this one. Seriously, it was like something you would make as a prank. I have had Salvatore before, and it was good enough to order again. But this time? I wouldn't risk getting another one of these. I am sorry that I had to post this publicly, I would have preferred a comment section on the website--but one doesn't seem to exist. An attempt to speak with staff at the store was met with blank stares and shrugged...
