Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Bathurst

I called and made a pick up order over the phone, the person on the other end was rude and spoke too fast and mumbled all of his words I could not understand a single word he said and had to have him repeat him self like 3 times in a row! The person I spoke to could not Differentiate between telling me that they do not have any of something left and not selling it period I was frustrated during the entire call and the three times I have been there prior the workers where very rude no smiles no greeting no hello no good bye just complete silence! Very awkward! And two out of the three times I ordered over the phone for pick up I was told a certain time until it was ready and showed up exactly at the time frame given and my food was cold! Freezing cold! They also do not know what extra sauce on a pizza means! I asked for it and paid for it to be out on my pizza and my pizza had less sauce then a regular pizza should have! It's ridiculous I will not be ordering...

The Greco App didn't even say it was out of the oven. Pizza arrived 40 minutes after Tracker said it went in oven. It was barely warm and we couldn't even tell what kind it was. We ordered the Cheeseburger Pizza and it had almost no cheese at all. Had to look for the cheese but really couldn't find any to speak of. So much for description of gooey cheese...joke. It had crumbled meat and tons of onions. When the delivery guy handed it to me he did not take it out of a heat bag. He handed it to me, box wasn't hot , neither was Pizza and all i smelled was onion... very strong onion. One Pizza, tax and we had actually included a tip, was over $27. Unbelievable. I tried it and could not get...

I had placed an order to be delivered at a local bar for a group of 35. When it did not show up I called and after arguing they finally agreed to drop off and hung the phone up in my ear. The delivery person demanded more money and began to scream at us that he would take food back and did not work for free. This was in front of 30 people and all about 5 dollars. Horrible treatment and pizzas were overcooked and cold. I won't be returning.
