Ask for a donair and got a donair sub completely different call and ask to be exchange or refunded the ladies on the phone told me she can't help out that was a donair and refuse to help me i ask to speak to the manager and i had to wait on a call back that was "from the same girl" not the manager telling me to come in for a refune when i got there i show her what a donair really was and that i didnt appreciate that she had to go bug her menager insted of doing her job and give me the refune let me tell you a donair and a sub donair are two different things if u don't do donair then tell u costumer u don't sell that there. don't give them something else and assume there ok with it. we pay if it wasn't for us costumer u wouldn't have a job and on top of that I ask to get her name for a review and she refuse and laugh in my face I don't know what costumer service coming to its insane and knowing I'm paying to get the wrong item then getting disrespected I won't be spending my money there anymore. Read moreI ordered a party pizza and a 12 inch garlic finger with extra cheese and sauce on the pizza and extra cheese on the garlic fingers and laid over 50 dollars. I get home and there’s literally hair in the pizza and garlic finger. Disgusting. I called and explained it to the lady on the phone and she said they can do 20 percent off and I said that’s not good enough. Read moreWe always liked Pizza Shack but recently its not been quite the same. We had an issue before and stopped going for awhile, tried again and it was fine so figured it was a one off experience. But now again, the last 2 times we got donairs the crust wasnt cooked. The bottoms had just a touch of color and the tops...i was pinching raw dough off of them. Twice in a row, 6 donairs - half baked crust. We keep getting food we cant eat so i dont think we'll be going back. Pics to show the raw dough - you can see where i was pinching and playing with the dough - cooked crust wont do that - these were inedible! Twice in a row....
