Café CoCo & Bean — Restaurant in Beaconsfield

Visited the cafe around 11am with my mom and dog. Set-up is very disorganized; no clear system for ordering or pickup. Waited 5 minutes before a customer told me I had to go to the back after ordering. Waited several more minutes before being served. Ordered a medium latte with brown sugar — was told they don’t add sugar themselves and that the “bar” is on the side. Ordered an additional drink - an iced pistachio latte instead. The girl who took my order was very pleasant. The barista (long brown hair) was unfriendly and repeatedly touched her hair while making drinks — very unhygienic. Cafe space is dirty. Every table inside the cafe was with crumbs. The chairs blocked the pathway of the cafe. Received our drinks — both were awful. The milk in my mom’s latte was burned. I smelled it the second I removed the lid to add the brown sugar. The burned milk was tasted when my mom took a sip - no thermometer was used. Espresso tasted burnt/"dead." My iced pistachio latte tasted like burnt espresso and heavy cream and nothing like an iced pistachio latte. Milk used is 3.25% — this isn’t a standard milk used so would have been nice to know in advance so I could have requested a milk alternative. We ended up throwing both drinks away after one sip. Overheard another customer complaining about the taste of their drinks. Spent $20 on poor-quality coffee. Highly overrated cafe — better off...

Delicious Coffee and Drinks Great Saint-Henri coffee, both iced and hot. They serve every syrup you can think of. They have pistachio rose, vanilla, and hazelnut to name a few. In addition to regular milk, they also offer almond milk and oat milk. That makes this place a win in my book!

An accompanying bites The shop also serves a variety of food from local vendors, from croissants, soups, salads (Trois Sœurs) to cookies. The cookies come from Brookies MTL and they're my favourite. They specialize in gourmet cookies inspired by the amazing, sweet things we've enjoyed over the years like Lucky Charms, Mini Eggs, Cinnamon Buns, Strawberry Poptarts, Reese's, and so many more.

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention their famous carrot cake and their infamous crookie.

Let's also not forget to mention their bento cakes! Overall, it’s a super cool spot with great vibes. Seating can be limited, so I always get my order to-go or get there early.

Café CoCo & Bean (445 Beaconsfield Blvd, Beaconsfield, Quebec H9W 4C2) - this is a really cool and interesting place with a memorable interior design! The design tones here are chosen tastefully. Inside, there are several beautiful tables with very comfortable chairs, and there are also outdoor tables, which adds a great option to enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere. 🌳 The staff is very welcoming, and the place is clean and fresh. The coffee here is great, and the pastries are always fresh. 🥐 Judging by the menu, they have espresso, Americano, cappuccino, and other coffee drinks, both hot and iced. They also offer various syrups and alternative milks. It's clear they take their coffee seriously! I especially want to mention a cool addition to the interior - there are small photos of dogs hanging on the wall! 🐶
