I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sugar and Spice Indian Cuisine & Banquet Hall, and I must say, it was an experience that surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

The food at Sugar and Spice is nothing short of exceptional. The menu boasts an extensive selection of authentic Indian dishes, each prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. Every bite was bursting with flavors that danced on my palate, leaving me craving for more. The chefs here truly know their craft and have perfected the art of Indian cuisine.

I had the pleasure of trying their butter chicken, and it was a revelation. The chicken was tender and succulent, perfectly cooked and bathed in a rich, creamy tomato sauce that had just the right balance of spices. It was served with fragrant basmati rice and buttery naan bread, which were the perfect accompaniments to this heavenly dish.

But it wasn't just the food that impressed me; the service was equally outstanding. Our waitress, whose name I regrettably did not catch, was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a genuine passion for the cuisine she served. She took the time to explain each dish to us, making recommendations based on our preferences, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of hospitality to an already remarkable dining experience.

The ambiance of Sugar and Spice is another element that sets it apart. The restaurant boasts a beautiful and spacious interior, tastefully decorated with vibrant colors and Indian-inspired artwork. The food at Sugar and Spice is simply divine. The flavors are bold and complex, with each dish offering a unique combination of herbs, spices, and seasonings that create a symphony of taste sensations in your mouth. Whether you're a fan of spicy curries or milder, more subtle flavors, there's something for everyone on the menu. I am a big fan of Hakka noodles and Manchurian. I have to admit that the flavors of "Surti Manchurian" and "Sugar and Spice manchurian" are extremely comparable to one another. Credit goes to cook :) But guess what? Cooks are incomplete without owners. Owners are very friendly and has full understanding of how each individual would like to be treated. The prices at Sugar and Spice are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and service. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that customers get excellent value for their money. "Sugar and Spice is a culinary treasure trove! MY RATING FOR THE FOOD ARE...

My review mostly concerns the banquet hall. No one can deny their commitment to great and quality food. They even took special requests and did their best to fulfill them.

My main criticism is how the events are handled. I was asked ahead of time for when appetizers and dinner were served, so I provided those times. When the event came up, their employee had no idea when those things should come out and as a result, both were late. The employee was also unaware that a different employee (who explicitly said they would inform others) had already got the drinks. The helping employee was totally unaware corkage is involved and attended to it very late. Their version of corkage is an unattended bar of drinks. Their table moving staff also show attitude when they are asked to add another table but we’re happy to move around insufficient number of tables. The one helper assigned managed corkage, appies and dinner - an unreasonable task

These little things may be ok for baby showers but are not ok during wedding receptions. They made it sound professional and smooth, but it’s really amateur service.

Their prices are really reasonable for events. You do get what you pay though. I would have been happy to pay more for better service. Communication is great with the customer but not so great between...
