Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Blackfalds

Usually good service and fresh cooked food but ordered chicken burgers and they dry and partially cold as if they were sitting for awhile. Not happy about that as it is a potential health hazards

Edit* Quality of food has declined, almost no gravy on the poutine and was partially cold, fries tasted stale. chicken snack melts could be better but at least its cooked.

Ordered a honey BBQ Chicken Strip Basket and got plain which does cause the difference in price they need to pay attention to food orders to avoid inconvenience to customers. While offered a refund for lack of honey bbq glaze still unsatisfying also...

Ordered for pick up on DD they didn't have ready. Asked and paid for extra sauce. Checked it before I left pics are added. Does that look like extra sauce no it doesn't Brought it back asked them to fix. I then had the store manager with the name of T start arguing with me instead of just fixing it not only I couldn't understand any of the words out of his mouth 😤 but who seriously sits and argues with a customer when I just handed u well over $20 for my food then this winner told me to leave buddy was acting like this sauce was coming out of his own personal pay check. Won't...

Did mobile order. Wasn't ready when I arrived. Never even had it printed to make so whats the point of ordering ahead of time. Had to get my own drink. When I finally got my food they packed it in such a small bag it ripped when I was walking out 🙄 then get home and no dipping sauce for the strips and the strips are not even edible. It's like they were sitting all day. Never going back I will drive to lacombe or red deer. They have horrible customer service in Blackfalds as well. Been a few times to try to give them the benefit of the doubt...
