Resolve Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Blackfalds

Went in for surf and turf, place had 3 tables on the go and 2 waitresses. Ordered an appetizer, watched it go to the wrong table, patrons stared at it and wondered why they got it. Waitress went back and asked what the problem was, they said we didn't order this, we watched her pick it up and bring it to our table. We shrugged our shoulders and ate it without too much fuss. ( we were hungry) Took her awhile to actually figure out the surf and turf specials but when she did, great we had our order set. Take 2: Steaks came out, one cooked half decent but the wrong cut, 2nd one came out but was cooked to a char ( ordered medium rare) I asked 3 times for sour cream for my stuffed potato, never came. My wife asked for ketchup for her cold fries, came out after 2 times asking. By this time everything was cold, Long story short I ate my vegetables and half of my wife's steak. Waitress was terrible, crappy attitude, and chuckled when I mentioned my steak was very over cooked, she aske what would you like me to do? I said nothing, but I will not be paying for it. That's when her true colours came out, never again will i spend a dime in this place. Worst service we have ever...

I have lived in this town since 2011. Most of the women that work here treat me amazing. Christie is one of my favorites among many of the people who work here. Christie is incredible she remembers people and asks how we and our lives are what they like for drinks food preferences and is always so welcoming when I come in.she always has such great energy and can make me smile! I love this place its comfortable and locally owned. I have so many memories and laughs. I love the wings here they are my favorite! It's somewhere I always feel safe to have drinks and have good food and know I'm going to receive great personalized friendly service. Most of the bartenders and servers treat you like an old friend. My heart goes out to the team that works here and the hell covid put them threw but they are strong amazing people that were missed so much and this place is a true Gem were lucky to have in the town...

It's a really nice place to dine in or order pick-up. The pick-up time is accurate, and there is a designated parking space at the front of the door. Dining in, the food isn't ready very quickly. It's usually a little bit longer of a typical wait time. That being said, it's well worth the wait time when you receive your food. The salads are amazing; I almost always order one. They are large and will fill you up. The wings are really good. The dry ribs are unique. They aren't your typical breaded dry rib. The coating is more of a dry rub/ crust/ seasoning.
