AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

On Boxing Day we went with a group of 10 people and 2 toddlers: we were left waiting ~30 minutes after more than half of the group was already present while other similar size groups got their table the hostess, middle age lady with black hair, had an arrogant attitude since the beginning, horrible manners to address customers: poking people and making them signs without even saying a word after waiting a long time we were offered 2 booths instead of a long table, of course, because other larger groups passed before us even arriving later, the only option left, was keep waiting for a larger table with no clear waiting time.

one person of our group arrived later when we were already at the table, the waitress would not let the person sit with the group allegedly because she had already taken the orders, what? Was him supposed to sit in a different table, it makes no sense at all. when paying without tip, the waitress completely lost it demanding that we have to pay the tip, she would not listen to reasons, and everything went even worst when the hostess intervened, telling us to leave the place and never come back. Horrible, offensive and completely inappropriate. Tipping is optional and discretionary to the customer and for no reason any one should be harassed for the amount of tip left. We were with 2 toddlers and was a very stressful situation how the 2 ladies were yelling at...

I was very excited to try this restaurant - the building is new, the interior is modern, and the location is right close to home. Unfortunately, that’s all the positive that I experienced.

I paid $14 for my meal and excitedly awaited what ended up being the smallest, most overpriced plate I’ve ever experienced in Quebec. Just look at the picture. It was so small I thought there must be a mistake - but okay, maybe the taste is great!

No, the waffle and French toast were flavourless. The fruits given were all cheap (no blueberries, raspberries, one of three half-strawberries was white) and they did not taste fresh.

The servers don’t leave coffee carafes at the table, which is fine if service is attentive. Unfortunately, I never saw anyone get a refill during our stay, and our waitress only emerged from a black hole after the meal was already finished and cups were long empty. Then, the coffee refill was so boiling that even after adding two cold serving cups I burnt my tongue.

Worst experience we ever had, very sad since it’s a restaurant we use to go to a lot .. We got greeted by the worst way possible, by a woman that is around her 50’s with black hair that didn’t look like a server , we came in asked for a bench but none was available so we go seated at a regular table witch was not a problem until .. a bench right in the back if us was free in not even 45 seconds in our seating .. we gently ask the women at the entrance who greeted us to move us to the bench , she answers « I ave you the option to wait for a bench and didn’t want to wait ,so no you can’t move you stay here » with the most arrogant way possible , we get very disturbed and get up to leave, and to get worst, she looks at us and tells the busboy « clean well the table » while we are literally still standing beside the chairs !! What a nightmare being served like that with attitude and arrogance...
