Souvlaki Bar - Blainville — Restaurant in Blainville

I just left the parking lot of this restaurant and couldn't wait until I get home to post this review. My cousins and I went to have dinner there. The server was very nice to us and the food was served on time. The food was not the best since we found it quite salty and sour but we ate it and took the rest home. There were 4 separate payments in total within our group but only three of us gave a little extra for tips and one of us actually covered the tip for the other one that didn't automatically pay. As we were getting ready to leave, the manager came to us to find out why one of us did not add any tip for the server. He told my cousin that it is an obligation to give tips in Canada. She told him that tips are given at the discretion of the customers and that the other customers should not be listening to this conversation. My cousin had no choice but went back in to pay again just because we were getting embarrassed by the manager, shaming us for "not giving tips" in one of the transactions. We do know that tipping is not an obligation but we always try to give something extra whether the service was good or not. Will definitely not return to this...

Food was very blaaa (I eat Greek all the time) Tzaziki was blaa Greek salad was not fresh Calamari plate at 21$ expensive for the quantity and the quality of the Calamari

Greek chicken was over spiced over cooked ad well. Staff was good But they rushed giving us the main plates 5 mins after the entries which we were still eating... even though they asked how would we like to be served 🤔

Didn't liekt eh decorarion of the resto as well.

I thought I would never give a negative review for any business... but this time I think its needed for clients and the management of this place. I have been to other locations of Souvlaki Bar and I liked it. Here 21 dollars 4 shrimps are small about an inch and dry, clearly frozen before and badly cooked(7 dollars per shrimp) and after having chicken pitas and a salad all of us had upset stomach... it was really not a good...
