A&W Canada — Restaurant in Boisbriand

Worst A&W ever! It was cold, orders all came wrong. Not fresh. I took a bit of each sandwich and there the rest. Even told the cashier my concerns and she didn’t care . I’m actually never going to A&W ever again! I’m sorry but I came back to add this.... the manager then came to ask what was wrong and I said the food was cold, not fresh and stale, and she asked well anything I can help u with, I said , what can u help me with, she looked at the kitchen walked away and laughed. Then she started joking around behind the counter with her friends/ other employees. Btw, this was the A&W on grand allé in Boisbriand . We had just finished hockey camp! I threw all the food and went to McDonald’s after!!! I will die before I eat...

The manager for lunch time lacks of experience and communication talents. Cannot properly take the order and blames the untrained staff. I receive my wife's order in double and not mine. They redid the order, with hardly the normal dressing (see picture) of a Grandpa Burger. I saw you toss the fries upside down in the bag when you putted my burger in the bag. And yes she tried to screw me up with paying for the double order above my order. They won't see me soon. The golden arches across the blvd looks less frightening than her attitude...

About 20 mins in the drive through. 3 cars ahead of me. 2 of them actually left becauseof the wait. I get to the window and the first car still needed 5 mins to get its food. Got my food quick after that. Took the exit to highway heading back to Montreal. 1 of 2 meals was the wrong order. Slow service when obviously not busy and 1 of 2 (not a complicated order) meals was wrong. Went into the garbage because had something which I can't eat. Nothing more to say. Otherwise...
