I have been coming to this place for years now with my wife and at first we absolutely loved it. The food is delicious and we had a very good consistent service for the many times we came to eat. We would make it a point to go once a month on a Friday. However my last several visits have been vastly disappointing ointing, including tonight. It's not an issue with the quality of the food since its still exceptional, the issue lies with the staff.
1- They aren't bilingual and they don't try to put any effort to speak English. I kept asking questions in English and kept getting answers back in French, some with a hint of attitude. I have worked in sales, restaurants for almost two decades and I find this to be unacceptable. This is the fourth time this happens. 2- Our waiter came back to ask what was our order several times. Granted, it was busy and I give benefit of the doubt that mistakes do happen. However.. 3- A female blond waitress came to see us and we simply asked what the torroncino desert was. We were informed that it was simply a vanilla cake topped with a bit of chocolate syrup. Needless to say it was nothing like that and more of a mascarpone/nougat ball of cream in which my wife can't really have. After she came back, my wife politely informed her that it wasn't a vanilla cake and to just be informed next time for other clients The waitress responded with a lot of attitude asking my wife how she would describe the dessert instead. She also mentioned that she had never tried it and that she had no idea what it really was. Therefore, someone who may have had some kind of allergy wouldn't have been well notified and could have had an issue afterwards.
Its very disappointing as we always enjoyed coming but on our last 4 visits we had issues with the staff and we aren't the type to even say a word about anything ever. Unlikely that we will return even though the food...
Read moreA poor service from the beginning until the end. Firstly, we made a reservation for the terrasse at 8:30 p.m. and we were told that if there was space, it was okay. Once we arrived there, they told us that there wasn't any table free on the terrasse even though we saw some that were free and respecting the social distancing with the other customers, but they still wouldn't allow us to go there because they wanted to clean up the terrasse before closing. Secondly, the waitress wasn't enjoyable and probably was inexperienced. We told her to add an egg on the pizza and we insisted that the yolk should be runny (liquidy) and not hard/overcook and she said yes. Once the pizza arrived, we saw that the egg was overcooked and it wasn't a runny yolk as asked and we told the waitress about this. Instead of saying she was sorry about the inconvenience, she made arguments and tried to justified that it couldn't be possible (even though she said it would be okay just while ordering) and tried to put us in the wrong and the arguments didn't make sense either. Also, she started to to clear the plates without asking us even though there was still 1 person that hasn't finished eating, making it awkward for everyone. Even more, when we tried to pay the bill with PayPass (the bill was less than a hundred bucks, making it possible), it didn't work at the beginning and instead of saying that it may happen and ask us try again, she just said "nah just put your card instead", which was the whole point we tried to avoid due to the COVID.
Overall, we had a horrible experience here and it made our Saturday evening ending on a really bad note. We thought that they tried to get rid of us quickly because we were near the closure or for other reasons like inexperiences or overall, like we saw, a really bad service. We haven't got a service as bad in other NO. 900 franchises or other Pizzeria...

So here is my review of this place. So we ordre a pickup of two pizza. Decoration 7/10, it had a good Decoration a bit small for a restaurants but nice. Cleanest 7/10, it was a clean place. Went to the bathroom and it was clean also. Service 1/10, Okay so we order to pickup and ask in how much time? They said 30 minutes top. We arrived 40 minutes later and my order hadn't been started? The cooks that I saw didn't really care and was joking around until they said "s* we are late" they didn't even clean there hands. The Food 3/10, so out of the two pizza only one was edible (look at picture. You can see the difference between both. One okay ,the other one with so much raw dough and properly cooked, and so liquid? Taste horrible. Only the pizza was okay). I guess it was a lack of the cooks that was joking around and didn't take it seriously. I think that wen you make food for clients it is very important to be focus like if you where going to eat it. Ambience 5/10, I didn't eat inside so that is why I give it a 5 because of what I saw people...
