This is a very overdue review as i’ve been a customer at this location since their opening a couple of years ago already! Staff is always calm and respectful. Unlike most new spots that open up, they are happy to serve and they welcome you to the restaurant. Food always hits the spot. Sometimes the beef is a little dry as it’s less popular than the chicken and they light up the machine on order. Nevertheless, the seasoning is great and makes a great lunch. Vast selection of salads and sauces available to cater to all tastes. Looking forward to attend this location for years to come!

2025 update : QUALITY IS STILL FANTASTIC.. I'm literally tapping on my table from excitement!!! (Got it delivered but was still very hot). The whole order was amazing.. FANTASTIC.. This location.. made me revisit the first time I had shishtaouk memory.. extra garlic sauce(the TOUM was light, fluffy and flavorful) super fresh potatoes. Good pilaf.. the salad was crispy and fresh.. the MEAT was tender.. not dry and full of flavor.. beef and chicken. (Mix bowl) Seriously good job who ever owns this franchise. Keep doing it this way. You guys got my money!

I've been going to this Boustan for a few months now. It used to be great.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but was compelled to doing so today.

First thing, the service was terrible. The person preparing my food was very rude and unfriendly. I ordered 2 beef wraps, in which I asked for lettuce and onions only. He was literally counting the onions he was putting in. When he put a few extra than he wanted, he took them out. Also, when I asked him for the Sesame sauce and hot sauce, I could see him rolling his eyes. I was not getting the food for free, I was paying full price for it, so why should I receive half the amount of toppings quantity wise?

Once the wraps were done I wanted to order 2 additional plates. I asked for rice, salad, and potatoes and said I didn't not want any meat. He was visibly angry when I asked him from more rice since I wasn't getting any meat and he said he can't do that.

Very bad service, I will definitely will not be going to this Boustan again. A BIG...

Wow! We all know the food at Boustan is amazing (if you don’t know yet do yourself a favour and try it)! But the service at Boustan Boisbriand is even more amazing! Service was pleasant and flawless but then I left with a smile on my face, a happy belly, and no laptop! I realized an hour later I had forgotten my bag and the incredible gentleman at Boustan had been trying to phone me using my business card from the bag to let me know! Such integrity and human kindness make this world a better place and I was so impressed by the people at this place throughout my experience with them. Can’t wait...
