Definitely will return when I'm visiting :) I loved the touches of decor, pictures, and plants that immediately transported me to southeast Asia. We were greeted by attentive and friendly staff who provided great recommendations that did not disappoint. Everything looked delicious so we all shared! Everything had amazing flavor, depth, and texture - I couldn't decide what was my favorite. And I have to add - the drinks are so unique and delicious, you have to try them!

Drinks: Le Mekong Mojito - my first time having a drink with pandan and it was insanely good! Definitely a favorite. Tamarind sour - so smooth and flavorful, a great twist on the whisky sour. Mango sticky rice - tropical, fun, and delicious.

Appetizers: Imperial rolls - perfectly crunchy, balanced flavors. Chicken satay - tender and juicy. Beef satay - tender, yummy marinade, went well with the dip.

Courses: Pad Seew - perfectly stir-fried (noodles had the perfect texture) with the right amount of sauce and flavor was on point. Ramen alla marsala - wow, first time having a ramen like this and I enjoyed it! Beef lok lak - the beef was super tender and mixing everything together created a symphony of amazing flavors. Beef panang curry: the beef here was also super tender and the curry had so much depth to it, I could drink it all day!

Overall, I would...

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! 1 star because i had no choice to write review.

Went to eat on Valentine's day I ordered a Pad Sew was so salty I told the waitress that is was way to salty and I didn't like it. She then came over and asked if she can compensate with a dessert. I actually said no because I had a gut feeling they would still charge me for my salty plate. Too add I'm diabetic type 1 gave myself my insulin, I had to eat off my husbands and kids plate.

When the bill came over not to our surprise they charged me 25$ for the pad sew I did not eat! Really for 25$ you have lost 5 clients and maybe more. Then when my husbnad went to pay the bill he again asked; why are you charing us for this plate? the lady at the cash mentioned to him that she spoke to the manger and boss and thats what they agreed on. So he then asked let me speak to your manager ... she replies im the manger.... Are you kidding me!!!! What is this non sense restaurant.

Very Very Very unprofessional. We run a business and I cant seem to believe this is how people run a restaurant business. Just an FYI our bill came up to 181$ And they are willing to loose 5 clients for 25$ WOW!!!

Good luck with...

My husband and I were craving Asian food and ended up finding this little gem via Google. The restaurant is really cute as you walk in, has a nice sized terrasse and super clean. The staff is the friendliest staff that we've ever interacted with. Kampot's chef should receive great accolades. Family owned and operated, you truly feel the love and attention each member brings. The food is fresh and delicious. Portions are generous. We ordered the mix platter starter for 2 and we could of ordered 2 more because everything was to die for. We also ordered the Luk Luk chicken 🤤🤤🤤 only one word can describe it : WOW. Portion looks small, but it's super filling and seemed like the bowl was never ending. The other plate was the Beef Lok lak, the meat was a little on the salty side but once mixed with the rice, egg it was like a party in our mouth. By then we were so stuffed but we enjoyed dinner so much we wanted to try dessert - which is something we normally never do. The waitress recommend their newest dessert : sticky rice with Mango and passion fruit sauce and coconut. Yummy yummy yummy. We will be going back next week with the kids, and I'm already salivating...

I went to with a friend for some drinks and appetizers. Overall, it was a pretty great time. The service was a bit slow, I won't lie, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a moment when my friend and I started to wonder if the server had forgotten to finalize our drink orders since we had been waiting well over 15 minutes for 2 cocktails, but they eventually arrived, and wow, were they worth the wait! The cocktails were absolutely amazing! We decided to go for the tasting platter, and I must say, it did not disappoint. The variety of the items on it were on point, and the price was pretty reasonable considering what we got. Everything looked as good as it tasted. Plus, we got to enjoy our time on the terrace, which was a bonus. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and it added to the whole vibe. All in all, despite the slow service, I had a great time! I'm excited to give this place another shot because the food, drinks, and friendly staff left a positive impression on me :)

This was our second time at Kampot. The first time we visited we had the Chicken Tuk Tuk and the Penang Curry and we were blown away. On our first visit, it was a warm summer night and sipping the Tiger Calamansi Margharita on the patio was a pleasure, this time a cool summer evening forced us indoors. We thought we were good on a Tuesday night without a reservation to find a choice of only two available tables for two - phew. We started with the same Calamansi Margharita and this time opted for the Chicken Tuk Tuk poutine as a starter. WOW - delicious if not just a bit too sweet. To try something different for our entrees, my wife had the Vege Stir Fry and I tried the server recommended Fish Amok - but both dishes fell flat for us… We will come back - to enjoy the patio and the margharitas again on a warm summer night and continue through the menu.
