Pizza Salvatoré — Restaurant in Boucherville

Pizza Salvatore was one of my favourite places to order due to their quality food but now this little pleasure had come to an end. I’ve come to term that a review needed to be made after lots of mistakes made in the past.

So on a week night, I ordered this poutine general Tao. Firstly it wasn’t the right sauce ! It was this kind of a gravy gelatin sauce which tastes like if someone DROP a huge amount of salt in it. Of course it isn’t the first time they don’t sent the right sauce but this time it wasn’t even comestible! But hey everyone does mistakes right ? So then i check the other container, realizing that it wasn’t properly sealed, the fries was mediocre, cold and some of them wasn’t even cook ! Trying to look under the fries and then realizing that there’s no chicken ! (I mean how on earth could u forget to put chicken which is literally the main ingredient of the dish ! ) Of course I would’ve understand if the restaurant would’ve call me to say they were out of stock but it wasn’t the case ! Then I’m trying to get in contact with the restaurant but obviously without surprise no one answered. I feel like it’s now important to mention that in the past, these mistakes have been made mostly by the night crews. Yet paying almost 30$ for a contenant of fries topped with a couple of cheese bite and a beverage is absolutely ridiculous ! I mean I had to double check on the bill/ the email confirmation AND the order confirmation because I thought i was dumb enough to order the wrong thing.

Yet I have to say a huge thanks you for the day crews who almost never failed an orders and continued to brightening my day with...

J’ai commandé plusieurs fois au pizza salvatoré sans problème mais, aujourd’hui quand j’ai voulu annulé une commande car je pensais me cuisiner quelque chose à la place de commander, la dame au téléphone n’a pas fait preuve de professionnalisme et d’écoute. Elle me demande mon nom, me remet sur attente et après deux minutes elle me dit que la commande a été annulée et elle me raccroche au nez. Par la suite j’ai voulu recommander quelque choses car mes enfants voulais de la pizza finalement. J’appelle pour commander, un jeune homme répond et me dit que j’avais déjà une commande en cours. Bizarre puisque que la dame d’avant m’avait confirmé que la première commande a été annulée. Je demande d’annulé cette commande et rappelle pour une troisième fois. Cette fois-ci c’est encore la dame qui me répond. Ma fille qui était au telephone avec la dame demande de passer une commande. Elle lui répond avec un tond hautain qu’on ne peux pas faire de commande puisqu’on avait annulé une commande au paravant (selon elle, la commande était déjà en cours de préparation alors que j’avais annulé la première commande 1 ou 2 minutes après avoir passé donc ça m’étonnerais qu’ils est eux le temps de préparer toute la commande. Je pense surtout que puisse qu’ELLE n’avait pas annulé la commande ils avaient peux être eux le temps de la préparer pas à cause que j’ai annulé trop en retard). Ma fille me passe le téléphone car la dame commence a monté le tond. J’essaye d’expliquer l’erreur à la dame pour qu’on puisse passer la commande et elle me raccroche au nez! Normalement je n’ai pas de problème de service chez pizza salvatoré mais là j’ai été très très très déçue! J’ai donc essayé d’aller en ligne pour commander mais, je n’ai pas pu car le magasin était fermé pour la livraison. Avec cette expérience, je ne pense pas recommander chez pizza...
