Worst place ever! No respect for customers when it is time to close the store. The attitude is of another level. The kitchen closes 1/2 hour before the closing time on their website and yet no information is provided to aware customers about it. Moreover, even after closing the kitchen they let their relatives and friends order whatever they want. Ridiculous and unbelievable !!! Food is good but can’t have anymore from this place. If the staff cannot respect the customers, how can I say good about them on the website.

October 16, 2021- To your response on my review last week, I would definitely want to add more. We were in the store before 7 pm. I am surprised to know that it is posted on your website yet 5 more stood alongside me which means you do serve but only limited items. Yes, it is very easy to differentiate between a regular customer and your friends and/ relatives. I don’t need to know them personally. If your staff serves few customers with happy, smiling faces and others with rudeness, anyone can tell the difference. We were handled rudely just so you know. I never said in my review earlier that I didn’t get to order, I did and honestly it was delicious. How can you judge my review to be fake, if I would have said nice things you would have said a lot more thanks than required. Have some guts to digest negative reviews. You are highly mistaken, you are strong because of the food you serve and not because of your service, get your facts right. If you don’t believe me, scroll down to all your reviews, I am sure you will find a lot more negative reviews on you poor service.

To your reply two months ago: As a customer I will not write anything I want but if respect is what you cannot give to us then no-one can stop me for saying it out loud. You were serving the customers after closing time is highly appreciated but please tell your staff to approach those walking in to treat with good regards rather than dislike. All businesses treat both positive and negative reviews fairly than with partiality. Me and my husband are two big alive proofs of the way we were treated, I believe you would not want us to tape your misbehaviour and show it to others as proof. We did give utter respect to the lady taking our order and walked out without saying a word to her. So why don’t you go tell her and lecture her about respect than banging your disbelief here .

In response to your on harassing: It doesn’t look like you will be harassed by my review. In fact, it’s opposite, you harass your customer by insulting and misbehaving. How about this, STOP being nice on google and START being nice to your customers in REAL.

June 18, 2022- And once again, another worker misbehaved. Seriously!!!! Why don’t you train your staff on good manners and appropriate approaches in handling customers 😏

October 19, 2022- Wow! Finally you asked for the date and came forward to look for the truth . What took you so long? Anyways, not interested to know the reason. The first incident occurred last year in October. Don’t really remember the date, you really think I or anyone will remember such dates😏. And the second one was in summer. Please check your cameras everyday and work on your customer service. I have no interest in writing bad or wrong things about you or your business as it is not doing any good to me, but it will definitely show what type of attitude you have towards those customers who like your food but not your service.

December 26, 2022- Reply to your laughing emoji: I can totally understand your mental health is no more stable after getting so much s*t from a customer. Please continue laughing BUT, don’t forget to work on your customer...

I recently visited Bombay Bakers and had a disappointing experience that left much to be desired. While the ambiance and location were pleasant, the overall visit was marred by a poor quality vegetable sandwich and an unsettling encounter with the owner.

Vegetable Sandwich Quality: The vegetable sandwich I ordered failed to meet even basic expectations. The vegetables seemed stale, lacking freshness, and the overall taste was quite bland. Additionally, the absence of potatoes and onions, which are commonly included in such sandwiches, was quite perplexing and did not enhance the overall flavor.

Owner's Disrespectful Attitude: The most distressing part of my visit was the interaction with the owner. When I expressed my disappointment about the sandwich, she was dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she insisted that her sandwiches were always made that way and showed no willingness to address the problem.

Arguing with Customers: What surprised me further was her insistence on arguing with me, the customer. Rather than understanding my perspective, she seemed more interested in proving her point, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left me feeling disrespected.

While the bakery may have its loyal patrons, I believe that any establishment, especially in the service industry, should prioritize customer satisfaction. It was disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer feedback and a lack of effort to resolve the issue.

I hope that Bombay Bakers takes this feedback constructively and considers improving their vegetable sandwich recipe and fostering a more customer-centric approach. This would not only enhance the dining experience for their guests but also promote a positive reputation for their business.

In conclusion, my visit to Bombay Bakers was far from satisfactory due to the poor quality of the vegetable sandwich and the owner's disrespectful attitude. I would be hesitant to return unless significant improvements are made in both the food quality and...

The food at this bakery is quite nice, but I was surprised by some of the extra charges. They don't provide extra sugar or ketchup packets without a fee, and even plates come at an additional cost. I understand that prices are rising, but it feels a bit inconvenient to have to pay just to get a plate. Eating directly on a tray without a proper plate isn’t the most comfortable experience. While the food quality is good, the dining experience could be improved if they reconsidered these small yet impactful customer service aspects.

If the focus remains solely on profit, does it mean that food and health safety standards will be overlooked? I don’t see much difference between this and some eateries in Canada, where similar food protocols are applied.

Recently, I picked up my order for takeout but then decided to dine in. To my surprise, the server provided an orange tray and asked me to eat the food directly on the plastic bag it was packed in. Is this a healthy choice—eating hot food on a plastic bag? Health and safety aren't just about using high-quality ingredients; it's also about the way food is served.

Additionally, I've noticed that many restaurants with similar prices provide all the necessary utensils, but here, one pastry comes with just one spoon. What if two people want to share? It feels like the focus is more on profit than customer convenience. I hope the restaurant considers more hygienic and customer-friendly practices for the health and comfort of their patrons.

First of all, I want to clarify that I’m not copying and pasting this message—Google Reviews doesn’t allow for threaded conversations, so I might repeat myself to ensure clarity. Please don’t worry about that.

If you're trying to compete with Subway, there's a long way to go. They consistently offer extra utensils whenever requested, which is something your bakery does not match. Comparing yourselves to Subway might not be accurate, as their service level is much better...

Bombay Bakers in Brampton is a delightful haven for street food enthusiasts. With a menu that showcases an array of delectable dishes, this eatery truly brings the flavors of Mumbai to the heart of Brampton. The Paani Puri is a standout item that instantly transports your taste buds to the bustling streets of Mumbai. The crispy hollow puris filled with a tangy and spicy tamarind water, along with a mixture of potatoes and chickpeas, make for a perfect explosion of flavors in your mouth. It's an absolute must-try. The Mysore Masala Dosa is another gem on the menu. The dosa is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with a generous layer of spicy and flavorful masala. The accompanying coconut chutney and sambar complete the experience, leaving you craving for more. If you're in the mood for something more substantial, the paninis at Bombay Bakers are a great choice. They're served warm and toasted to perfection, with a variety of fillings to suit every palate. The Pav Bhaji is another crowd-pleaser, a delicious medley of mashed vegetables cooked in a rich, buttery tomato gravy. Served with soft and buttered pav (bread rolls), it's a comforting and hearty dish. The overall experience at Bombay Bakers is enhanced by its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, making it a fantastic spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Whether you're a fan of authentic Indian street food or looking to explore these flavors for the first time, Bombay Bakers in Brampton is a must-visit for a culinary journey through the streets of Mumbai. For 20 bucks 3 people can have a scrumptous and filling meal. Probably the most reasonable prices in GTA. A loonie can get you Tea and coffee. ($1 each). Tea is from machine though and not masala chai, but is delicious and fresh. A toonie will buy you pastries and cream roll. A dosa under 6 dollars and sandwiches and burgers between 3 to 5 dollars. It is an all vegetarian restraunt with options of take out or eat in. Food is served in paper plates with plastic cutlery. You get to pick the spice level from mild, medium and hot. IMPORTANT- Timings are limited so do check the website or google before you walk in. 11 AM to 8 PM on weekdays. Kitchen closes at 7 30 so no orders after that. On weekends it's 11 AM to 9 PM. CLOSED ON TUESDAYS. Very polite staff. Ambience is nice. You get to hear Bollywood songs. Seating place is limited though. Parking is free and ample. Only concern is wait times. I don't blame them. It is so busy that people in kitchen are on their toes yet cannot help somewhat long waiting times. So come prepared and be patient because once the food touch your taste buds, it will be worth it. Enjoy Bombay Bakers and happy eating.

Bombay Bakers offers a delightful mix of snack items and baked goods that make it a great spot for a quick bite or dessert. Their snack menu is filled with popular Indian street foods like Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji, all served fresh and at very reasonable prices. The taste is consistently good—comforting and satisfying—making it a favorite for anyone craving traditional Indian snacks. While their snack offerings are solid, it's the cakes and pastries that really stand out. Although the selection isn't vast, what they do offer is impressive in both flavor and affordability. The fruit cake, in particular, is a must-try. It's perfectly balanced, moist, and packed with fresh fruit, making it a great choice for any occasion. The other cakes and pastries, though limited in variety, are equally enjoyable, offering a sweet treat without breaking the bank. Overall, Bombay Bakers strikes a great balance between quality, taste, and affordability, especially for those in search of good snacks and homemade-style cakes.
