Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

Zero stars. This store denies service to people with disabilities and medical conditions. There are actually people who have respiratory illnesses that prevent them from wearing masks. Contrary to others beliefs. The 19 year old smug child flat out refused to serve, stated he didn’t care if there was a medical condition and he won’t serve the customer. I couldn’t believe it. The customer stated under the reopening Ontario Act he’s legally exempt due to the medical condition and the child still refused saying that the labour law says he doesn’t have to. I hate to break it to you but you are training your employees wrong and opening yourselves up to Human Rights Lawsuits. This was so disappointing I feel bad for anyone else with and illness/disability that go there. Save yourself the trouble, go down the street...

I'm a big fan of their pizza. Biiig fan! I used to come here as a kid and I loved the hot & ready pizzas and the crazy bread if my brother and I behaved... Now, I like to enjoy it as well as a memory but I live further away and I do not drive so I was so excited when UberEats announced Little Caesars being on their app AND the location I love! Well it was short lived because the app is NEVER running at the store. I got in to look for dinner options, I go 'ooo Little Caesars is on here' and then they're 'currently unavailable'. I have only twice seen them available, once was amazing and once, they closed while I was ordering... So figure out the Uber thing, either get off the app or have it on often enough to be present in the UberEats world! Then you'll go up to the 5 stars your...

Food is always great but the staff is questionable ... I went in on Sunday to pick up two hot and ready pizzas and there wasn't any made so I had to wait ten minutes and while I was waiting I had to listen to two teenage girls who worked there , insult the management of the store and swear back and forth as well as yell back and forth there personal business about boyfriend's etc ... I felt very uncomfortable having to hear all of this and I feel that this should not be allowed especially while there working and costumers can hear them and see them ... I'm very bothered by the fact that they can insult management but no management was present ... They really need to step...
