Pizzaville — Restaurant in Brampton

I had been a faithful customer with this location for well over 4 years. I pre-pay for all my orders always leave a tip of 15% and never have I given any trouble to this location. I ordered the flatbread and Panzo special on Friday night at around 3pm.. I only got around to eating dinner at around 10:30ish to find that my Panzos was just bread, the toppings were non existent, i ordered extra sauce no extra sauce, no big deal I thought mistakes happen I called head office to let them know and was told that I needed to have the food ready for the driver to see... ok i thought no big deal as there were barley 2 bites taken ... about 30 min later i get a call from head office stating that the store refuses to send out the correct order as i am eating too late?? i was shocked This store REFUSED to send me a correct order, when i asked why to the manager she told me that she cant make the panzos... i never asked her to make them... i have never felt such disrespect for something that was not my error. I received a refund form the Call center manager which was appreciated however i really just wanted my food... it is a shame that loyalty did not matter to this...

Pizzaville at 375 Howden Blvd has refused to deliver to my address.

I visited the location and spoke with the manager who was very cooperative. He has agreed to lift the ban.

For as long as I can remember, I have been going there for a deep fried pepperoni panzorotti. Typically, I had nothing bad to say about the service or employees.

2 weeks ago I ordered a total of 3 panzorotti for pick up. What I received was not what I ordered and I had already driven home. So I asked the staff whether or not they could deliver replacements for the 2 incorrect panzorotti and they agreed.

However, when my order was delivered I was only given one panzorotti. This led to me calling once again and asking that I just get a credit for the missing panzorotti.

Today I called to order from them again and I've been told they will not deliver to my address. Also that my credit will be valid at a different location.

I've been going to them for nearly a decade and now I've been banned.

I will be visiting the location in an attempt to clarify...

Pizzaville is my go to pizza in Brampton. This time, I ordered just before 6pm. Was told it would take 45 minutes. After an hour I called and was told it was on its way. Called back after 15 minutes and told the driver is on his way but would comp me the food even though they had a no guarantee. After another 15 minutes,the driver calls and asks me if I still want the good; complaining he was stuck in the snow; it hasn't snowed for days and the roads have all been cleared. Regardless he says something about not getting paid, I told him customer service already comped the meal. Originally I thought that they forgot the order and only processed it when I called after the hour. Now an hour and 45 minutes after the order; the panzo's arrive cold and saugy. No apology from the driver just s complaint that he's not getting paid. Sorry but you should have called me and let me know there was a problem rather than me continually telling my kids for 45 minutes that the food would arrive any minute!! No more pizzaville...
