Subway — Restaurant in Brampton

I’ve been a customer of subway for almost 10 years now and it’s always been a pleasurable experience but today was different. I usually purchase my subs from the Queen street location in Brampton which has always been amazing but the customer service I received from Sandeep today at the Vodden location was beyond horrible. As a paying customer I’ve never felt this disrespected in my life, and in front of my daughter and other customers. I asked her if bacon was included in my turkey smash sub and when she replied I kindly asked her to please add it and she responded with a sigh and demeaning look which I excused. When it came to paying for my order I was given my drink options but I couldn't understand her clearly cause of her accent and then she got angry and shouted “You’ve wasted so much of my time, hurry up!, I have other customers” like I wasn’t a paying customer myself. Great staff, great atmosphere, Jigna is the nicest lady to deal with here. True professional. When we were ordering our toppings another customer, a punjabi couple who was not very pleasent or respectful, told the staff to change their gloves for their food because they are vegetarian. I was shocked to the request how she presented and kept mocking othe customers in a typical desi way. She almost made the staff feel guilty. I understand the request but the way they told those ladies was very rude. But i was more surprised by the staff and their professionalism on how they handled the situation..... Why dont people just go to a veg only place if they have issues with cooking staff handeling their food with same...

@ JIGNA PATEL First time, I have visited this subway for food and I got a service from Jigna Patel. She has given excellent service. I really appreciate her for her expertise. Quick service provider. Perfectly prepared all the order items with perfect TASTE. I observed that she was alone into the store and she got multiple orders together. But, still she is very polite and humble and worked like a MACHINE.Key point is that she has maintained her cool-mind. She service to all the customer(s) with SMILE regardless of workload.
